Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

I finally got to talk to Ernst yesterday about the
February 9, 2004 
Hearing.  He was in amazingly fine mental shape and
actually laughted 
and joked about the various players.  It is clear to
all and sundry 
that CSIS is not-so-obliequely "...taking the Fifth,"
with the 
prosecutor shouting "objection" to any and all
questions that have to 
do with CSIS's ways and means of smearing people they
consider 
enemies to the Holocaust Lobby's agenda, and a
compliant judge, a 
one-time boss of CSIS, delivering the obligatory
"sustained!" while 
squinting at his handlers for approval.  That's what a
political show 
trial looks like - and the global community is watching
it closely, 
thanks to the Internet!

Ernst described the atmosphere in the courtroom as
crackling with 
hostility against the defense.  He also pointed out
that, even though 
both prosecutor and judge try to hide and cover CSIS's
modus 
operandi, huddling behind "national security", it is
becoming very 
clear how it is done to finish off a "villain":  CSIS
uses mainstream 
articles reporting on a charge against someone
perceived to be the 
enemy, but they conveniently OMIT that charges have
been dropped, or 
that the arbitrarily accused did win his case, in fact,
in court! 

In other words, they submit to the Canadian ministers a
shamelessly 
biased report, hoping for the smears to stick enough to
warrant a 
"security certificate"!

It is of course painful for the parties caught in this
Soviet-style 
system, but it is very interesting from an objective,
observer's 
point of view:  here we have Ernst Zundel, the man
Canadians were 
taught to hate, shielding those very Canadians from the
coming New 
World Order - a David against a Goliath.  If Ernst
loses this 
struggle in the intermediary courts where several
appeals are already 
pending, and if he is not allowed to take his case to
the Supreme 
Court because he will be whisked out of the country
before it ever 
gets there, Canadians will have dealt themselves such
an enormously 
destructive, vicious precedent that it will be their
own undoing in 
the end. 

More plainly:  If they trade off Ernst Zundel to please
the Noisy 
Lobby, their "bargain" will be a terror system of the
kind these 
naive people cannot even fathom. 

I said to Ernst last night I wouldn't even mind if he
is sent to 
Germany, what with the ever-increasing political
ferment in Europe as 
that continent tries hard to shake the monkey off its
back.  Horst 
Mahler, a prominent, powerful and widely admired
attorney,  has put 
himself on trial on purpose for his politically
incorrect ways as his 
own modus operandi to get his message known.  On the
opening day of 
his trial, he delivered the first punch smack on that
vassal system's 
snout when he spoke of the Holocaust as a "psychoterror
weapon" - and 
that heresy in open court only netted him a mild
admonition from the 
judge not to talk so carelessly!  So far!

In earlier days, there would have been a Hebrew Howl to
Heaven! 

The next Zundel Hearing will be Thursday.  If you live
in the

  How dare Mel Gibson's father question something? What
nerve! Where 
does he think he is? In the United States of America?
Who gave him 
permission to ask questions? Did he get permission from
the ADL to be 
asking questions? Who does he think he is?

  Just because his son is a celebrity doesn't give him
the right to be 
going around asking questions. Doesn't he know that the
ADL doesn't 
like it when people ask questions? They're working day
and night to 
make questioning a federal offense. They want to own
the exclusive 
rights to all questions.

  The ADL want to start up a Ministry of Questions.
MiniQuest. They 
want all questions to be submitted to them first. They
want to set up 
a committee of 70 plus 2 plus 1 to decide, first if the
question is 
really a question. If it turns out to be a real
question they want to 
decide if it is should be allowed. If it is allowed,
they want to 
decide if it should be answered.

  If it is to be answered they want to turn it over to
their Ministry 
of Answers (MiniAns) where they want a second group of
70 plus 2 plus 
1 to decide what the answer will be. This is the hard
part. They want 
to make plenty of work for their media whorehogs who
already know how 
to answer questions without really answering questions.

  But what about the questions that the ADL doesn't
like. There are 
plenty of questions that the ADL prefers not to exist.
What will 
become of them? Where will they go? The ADL hates it
when pesky 
questions pop up all over the place, demanding answers.
They know 
that the answers will give them a lot of trouble.

  Since they know that if these questions ever get
answered it will 
end up costing them billions of dollars in lost
extortion payola. So 
they want to start up a Ministry of Shut-Up. MiniShut.
All questions 
not favorable to their definition of themselves will be
sent to 
MiniShut, presided over by another 70 plus 2 plus 1.
They hope that 
by the time MiniShut gets through with these questions
they will be 
unrecognizable as questions and therefore no answer
will ever be 
necessary.
