Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

Today's and tomorrow's Zgrams belong together.  In today's, written 
about a week before the last bail hearings December 10-11, Ernst 
talks about Judge Blais's less-than-transparent role as a former boss 
of CSIS  - the very agency whose accusations, obtained and poured 
into cement in secret hearings, are keeping Ernst in solitary 
confinement. 

What Ernst predicts today, has come to pass and is exposed for all to 
see in tomorrow's Zgram - Judge Blais did NOT see fit to recuse 
himself and take himself off the Zundel case as a less-than-objective 
participant.  So then, what else is new?  Another stain on Canada!

5-6 December 2003

I am preparing for my next three days of court hearings, which deal 
with the motion by us asking the judge to recuse himself, because in 
1989 - a critical period, when he was in charge of the intelligence 
agency as the Solicitor General - he would have had to sign 
documents, warrants, wire tap authorizations, mail opening and 
copying warrants involving me at the time. Now he is sitting in 
judgment over me with the material produced by those same warrants.

My feeling is that unless the media picks this story up soon, he will 
just plow ahead, as he did after we raised the issue  and Doug 
Christie made a verbal motion asking him to suspend the proceedings. 
The prosecutor supported Christie's request to suspend the 
proceedings, til the judge once again ruled on his own impartiality.

Since the legislation specifically disallows any appeal of any of his 
final decisions, not even to the Supreme Court, this is an open 
invitation to ride roughshod over the rights of an accused - any 
accused, not just me in this case. It is the scheme passed by a 
majority of the Members of Parliament after 9-11, just like in the 
United Sates with the Patriot Act. Hysteria, fear and hatred swept 
all caution aside! This is particularly appalling to me, because 
about 90% of the Members of Parliament are lawyers by training, as 
are a fair number of the Senators.

So, that's the first order of things. Given the virtual nonexistence 
of a critical press, we should expect that this judge will not recuse 
himself - and, in fact, now "outed" and, of course, embarrassed and 
therefore angry - will rush these proceedings to a speedy conclusion! 
Under the shadow of these hard feelings, I believe we have made 
things more difficult for ourselves, but then principles and legal 
tradition are an important check and balance built into the White 
man's political and social system for millennia in one form or 
another.

[In the past], the struggle to take back special rights from Kings 
and Nobility cost all kinds of blood and untold persecution and 
suffering, and always there had to be a steady buildup towards a 
"flashpoint" - one case of injustice so egregious had to come along 
"to break the camel's back" had to supply that spark!  The question 
is timing. Since I have been so marginalized and demonized for so 
long, will I be able to marshal enough of the thinking legal 
traditionalists to engage themselves? Add to that factor that many of 
them are Jewish.  Most of our Gentiles are so self-absorbed and 
career- oriented that they are about as useless as tits on a boar’ 
and unwilling to do anything meaningful in a case like this.

In my past cases I noticed that I had to pay a steep price in legal 
fees in order to drag on the Zundel cases long enough to get the 
fence sitters bestirred enough to slide off the fence and to step 
into the ring. It was like that with the media every time - weeks and 
weeks of trial would have to go by before the New York Times or the 
Chicago Tribune would finally send a reporter, and would begin to 
cover the story. 

In those days I acted as my own public relations man’ constantly 
bombarding the media with letters, faxes, phone calls, even theatre 
type tickets, which I sent to reporters and columnists - with "Admit 
one to the Great Holocaust Trial" written on them.  Nothing like this 
happens now that I am aware of - too bad! That is not everybody's cup 
of tea, of course, most Gentiles are too "cultivated" to do something 
like that, or to carry large wooden crosses, or actual coffins 
through the streets of Toronto to the courthouse, [as I did].

It's in-your-face stunts like these that made me so hated by these 
people, not to mention the fact that we also put the [Holocaust] on 
the map over and over again.  Jewish leadership understood me far 
better than the Gentiles and appreciated far more keenly what kind of 
an opponent they had in me. The Germans never knew.  They still don't 
- what a sad and beaten-down bunch!

Once these behind-the-scenes movers and shakers realized in 2000 that 
I had at least temporarily eluded their encirclement and clutches, 
they devised a plan totally befitting their cunning, contriving 
natures, to get me back to Canada.  It would have been easy for them 
to have me eliminated by some hired thug - after all, it cost them 
$300, no doubt paid to some local druggy, to have my house burned to 
the ground with its $400,000 loss, including priceless archival 
holdings collected over 30 years, and a 5000 volume library.   Had I 
not been away on a speaking tour at the time, my death from 
asphyxiation would have cost them less than 1/3 of the cost for a 
"hit", according to the Toronto Police Department who told me that 
was the going rate in this crime-ridden city at the time.

But one of the hallmarks of my enemies' "crime fingerprint" is and 
has always been to supply multiple short term and long term benefits 
to them.  Every detective and intelligence officer and Mounty always 
quickly understood that.  Different nationalities and different races 
have different crime fingerprints.  In the past, when I have raised 
the “politically incorrect" aspect of that enquiry into "race" with 
different policemen from different jurisdiction, even from different 
countries, they agreed to a man that crimes scenes have 
"racial-ethnic-nationalist fingerprints." Knowledge of race speeds up 
solving crimes.  Haitians, Columbians and Russians, i.e. Jewish 
Mafia, described so well in Robert Friedman's book Red Mafiya, {sp?} 
had distinctive ways of slitting a persons throat.  Any good, 
well-trained detective could instantly identify them as made [by] a 
certain "ethnicity" within the drug trade.

All of that has been evident to me from the moment the handcuffs 
closed on my wrists on 5 Feb 2003.  [My enemies' ethnic] 
"fingerprints" are even more starkly revealed with each new document 
we unearth and each lead my investigators and lawyers have followed 
up on. 

It's a matter of time before all will be evident!

For someone who has spent a lifetime studying them [as I did], these 
people are fairly predictable.  They have a "fingerprint" for their 
crimes, and their political modus operandi employs a very limited 
number of time tested variables since Roman times - actually since 
pre-Roman times.  Cicero experienced the very same behavior, as did 
John Demjanjuk, Frank Walus, and I in Toronto. They use what worked 
in the past; they have therefore become predictable - and also 
vulnerable.

My enemies counted on a relatively quick "special treatment" in and 
out of court in both the United States and here in Canada for me, 
after Shylock had exacted his proverbial "pound of flesh" and 
demonized me some more in the eyes of the public.  They also have to 
[demonstrate to] their community, supporters and many donors to their 
"Holocaust Shrines" and "Tolerance Centers" that they still have the 
connections - in the police, intelligence services, government and 
the media - to do their enemies in.  [In other words,] that  they are 
worth the money!

Their "fingerprint' is always to inflict discomfort, pain, suffering, 
psychological torture, embarrassment and financial damage on their 
victim, usually, also to ruin his name and destroy his social 
standing, alienate the wives and girlfriends, children, siblings, 
etc.   But the total giveaway is always their demand for prostration 
-  self-humiliation and APOLOGIES!

Look at the poor German nation, how they have been made to grovel! 
For sixty years, no amount of money and political concessions, no 
amount of mea culpa, has satisfied these people!

And that is their Achilles Heel!  They totally lack the 
"Fingerspitzengefühl"- the fine touch of knowing when Shylock has 
exacted the maximum amount of flesh they can expect to carve out of 
any victim.  You can see it best in their treatment of Germany since 
WWII and their behavior in the former Soviet Union - even after the 
recent fall of their oligarchs. Instead of leaving the scene of their 
greatest crime of mass murder and genocide in history, they had to 
get one more squeeze, a few more drops of blood, out of the already 
terminally ill corpse of their erstwhile victim - until Putin stepped 
in and arrested them!

No amount of concessions they bludgeoned out of the Palestinians was 
ever quite enough - they always had to turn the screw one more time. 
Now they milk the very Intifada caused by their nasty policies and 
behavior. They are pushing and pushing, brutalizing all in their 
path, erecting more and more illegal settlements, war zones, 
[causing] death and destruction, seeking comfort and safety behind 
the biggest ghetto wall ever built in history.

Illusory safety to be sure!

After I had phased out my Toronto operation, which had been a thorn 
in their side for so many years, they figured that now was a good 
time to pounce - before I could get settled and more established in 
the United States, where the Constitutional set-up made all of my 
work, thoughts, writings and activities totally legal and even 
protected.  They HAD to act - I knew it! - and when a famous American 
professor with analytical expertise and a lifetime of training in a 
very important field in strategic thinking came to visit our mountain 
retreat, I shared with him what I knew was about to happen.  It was a 
little more than a week before the handcuffs snapped shut around my 
wrists.

America is getting the "treatment" now via the neo-cons that the 
Germans have gotten over the last sixty years.   Relentless hounding! 
They cajole, whine, stomp their collective feet in temper tantrums in 
the media and Congress, the Senate and, of course, the White House, 
extracting every dollar to the last dime out of the slowly expiring 
corpse of America. They are oblivious to the fact that they are 
[mortally humiliating] their oh-so-patient and beneficial host!  It 
is their "fingerprint" - ethno-specific! - which is all over American 
Middle Eastern policy ever since the Truman Administration! 

When Nixon, who was wise to them, and even gentle Carter  were going 
to become an impediment, they were checkmated and removed to serve as 
an example to others.  When Ronald Reagan announced that he was going 
to Bitburg, Germany, to put an end to the humiliating treatments the 
Germans had suffered, Elie Wiesel  suddenly appeared in the White 
House, finger-wagging the American President, in a most humiliating 
Chutzpah operation. 

The thought that this was overkill never occurred to those 
ghetto-dwellers and Shtetl-escapees for one moment.  Pain and 
embarrassment had to be inflicted on a Goyim  President.  Let the 
media deal with the fallout - what was needed was a quick fix and an 
adrenaline rush, a Mohammed Ali "I-am-the-Greatest" self affirmation! 
The insecure sons of the ghetto had to convince themselves - by 
putting someone else down, even if it was a friend - just to reassure 
themselves, that they were still Top Dog, more powerful than the 
President of the United States!

They will not consider a victory, however complete over their 
enemies, a meaningful victory until they have made their victims 
grovel.  I know of no other ethnic faction with that quirk.
