Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

After some six or so hours of sleep, I am ready to take on the 
Censorship Foe.  The first night I met Ernst, I told him, referring 
confidently to my PR skills:  "I know I can give you America..."  Now 
it looks like I'm challenged to give him the world.

To paraphrase President Bush, who spoke in a far more belligerent 
context than I would ever dare, "...are you  with me or are you 
against me?"

I know that my readers are "with me."

Your mail has been just wonderful, and I shall post some excerpts 
separately on the Zundelsite for people to take heart.  The media 
exposure has been spectacular once more, though most of it was 
poison.  Still, it didn't cost us a penny - the enemy triggered it 
all.

Regarding local media, there were two first-page write-ups in my 
county and city papers - the first one not too bad except for the 
inflammatory headline, "Neo-Nazi activist detained in Blount jail", 
and the second, I am told, actually quite fair.  I haven't seen it 
yet, but I am already planning an event of which you will learn more 
as soon as plans are firm.

My memory would not release the term last night that I was fishing 
for:  The practice of moving a "prisoner" from one floor to another 
and from one prison to another to prevent an organized protest 
campaign is called "Diesel Therapy."  I fear for Ernst that something 
like that is in store - along with other harassment practices.

By the way, somebody on my list was wondering if it could be 
coincidence that Joschka Fisher, Germany's foreign minister and 
flaming Marxist, just "happened" to be in this country.  I didn't 
know that Joschka was here, but he is surely no friend of Ernst's - 
or of the Internet.  It's Joschka, you must know, who tried to shut 
it down world-wide on more than one occasion.

I asked for your input on how to handle lapdog media.  I have had 
many responsible, thoughtful replies.  I also talked my ideas over 
with Ernst, and he agrees with my conclusion to put ourselves smack 
in the driver's seat and let the Schmierfinks come to us.

Nonetheless, let's look at various suggestions:

# 1.  Readers suggesting that we grit our teeth - since a smidgen of 
news, even though negative, is still vastly better than nothing:

*	I'm not thrilled with it.  While the internet is 
revolutionizing the way information is distributed, it's not yet 
mature.  Not enough people are connected.  We still need to get the 
message out via the traditional, Jewish-dominated ways.  I say you 
should take every radio, TV, and newspaper interview opportunity 
presented to you.  Even if we're cast in a negative light, some 
lemmings may be able to see the truth because of the 
interview/article.

*	I think it's a serious misconception to blow off 
establishment channels and exaggerate the importance of the valuable 
but still (in the eyes of John Q. Public) essentially "underground" 
I-Net.  With the industrial mass media and its two-day attention 
span, Ingrid, you must strike while the iron is hot.  I worked in the 
Biz for years, and what we used to call the "First Day Story" always 
had the most bang for the buck.  You should be hammering away at all 
available channels.  Or so it seems to  me."

*     Once you have legal advice, I think you should take advantage 
of the opportunity to defend Ernst through the media, and if 
appropriate charge them for your cooperation.  Perhaps you could get 
articles in some of the mainline media.  You have an outstanding 
talent as an author and are most familiar with the subject matter, 
therefore you are ideally situated to represent not only Ernst but 
the movement as a whole, which could certainly use the exposure. 

*	I personally feel that you should use every form of media you 
can to get this out to the public.  There is something fishy going on 
with all of the recent arrests, and the general public needs to be 
made aware.

*	You wanted feedback about your idea NOT to give interviews to 
the mainstream media. What is important at this point is to keep the 
media focused on this issue by whatever means, even if it means 
giving interviews. We need to expose the truth by whatever means. 
That is my advice.

*	What a golden opportunity to expose the real agenda of 
regional domination by Israel! What a golden opportunity to expose 
the numerous "holocausts" of Christians during the 20th century by 
Jewish communists, e.g., the Ukrainian holocaust in the 1930s, the 
German holocaust 1945-1950, the holocausts outlined by James Bacque 
in "Other Losses" and his other books, and the holocaust detailed by 
John Sacks in "An Eye for an Eye" against Christian men, women, and 
children by Jews seeking revenge! Even a few words on behalf of the 
Palestinians could assist our cause and lay bare the pro-Israel bias 
in the media.

# 2  Readers urging me to seize the initiative and turn down mainstream media:

*	Excellent!  Make them come to you.  And even after your 
lawyers allow you to deal with the media, if they do, don't get into 
a situation in which YOU are not in control of the discussion.

*	Your track record for wise strategy decisions is quite good, 
so if you think & feel it is right, I say "Damn the torpedoes,  FULL 
SPEED AHEAD!"  God bless and protect the Zundels.

*	I think it may be the wisest method of all, as it is quite 
difficult to be misquoted either accidentally or on purpose, when 
your comments are already in print, from which they must gather their 
information.

*	I think this is wise and prudent.  It would be foolish to 
grant interviews to the media, which is completely controlled by the 
enemy.  You all have our prayers.  Eventually the dark night of 
deception and false "history" must pass, as all nights do.  The 
revisionists will be recognized as the true historians of that era.

*	I agree that Ingrid should ignore the filthy media.  We know 
how slanted they are and how they distort the truth of so many 
situations.  The longer she can ignore the media the better for her 
and for truth.  Perhaps when the media are sufficient starved for the 
truth they might actually want to print an unbiased account.

*	You are absolutely right!  The greatest weapon God has given 
us in our fight against Jewish tyranny is the Internet, and the Jews 
hate it!

*	I think you're right about the media.  It's their ballpark, 
although it would be interesting for you to take Sean Hannity on, but 
he would only interrupt you and never let you say anything.    Right 
on!  Stick to your guns!

I believe the best advice I got is from a friend of mine, a medical 
doctor under the gun by orthodox medicine for her "heretical" views:

*	I agree with you to stay with the internet rather than with 
the commercial media.  As you know, I have had vast experience with 
the commercial media:  Nightline, CNN Crossfire, Oprah Winfrey, Larry 
King Live, CBS news interviews, Sally Jesse Raphael, Leeza, 60 
Minutes, and many, many more, plus over 800 radio shows. (Some of the 
radio shows are O.K.)  I was very naive at first.  I thought that if 
I could just get the accurate information out, reasonable people 
would understand and do the right thing.

Over time I learned that the ONLY reason they wanted me on the 
various shows was to try to DESTROY me and my reputation and to try 
to make me look like a fool (which they were never able to do).  My 
opponents (naturally they wanted to have a "balanced" show - which 
ALWAYS meant that they would promote THEIR agenda ONLY) would always 
be from the tribe.

They would be rude, obnoxious, never let me finish a sentence, start 
shouting at me, lie and do all the things they have learned how to do 
so well.

The only show that came close to giving me a fair shake was 60 
Minutes, and that was probably because of God's intervention (the 
producer of the show, also from the tribe, turned out to be someone 
who was quite unusual, he wanted to know truth).

I was on the (name deleted) show and the audience was so supportive 
of me (something that shocked the producers) that they refused to air 
the show.  (By the way, before the show, [the show's host, name 
deleted] talked to me privately and told me he agreed with me but his 
producers wanted me trashed. ) (...)

During every time-out for a commercial, there was a young man hired 
by the network to go into the audience to "rev" them up.  He would 
say to them while pointing to me, "Stand up and tell her she's crazy, 
don't let her talk like that.  Come on, tell her she's stupid!"  And 
on, and on.

(...) I vowed at that time NEVER again to go on their territory 
willingly. There is NOTHING good that can come out of it.  They will 
distort, pervert, outright lie and do ANYTHING deceitful, dishonest 
or even criminal in order to promote their agenda.  How well you and 
Ernst must know that!

Stay where YOU have the control on the information YOU put out, 
rather than letting them edit and distort your remarks, which they 
will ALWAYS do!

Given these "pro" and "con" letters, and adding my own experience, I 
draw the following conclusion:

On balance, our cooperation with lapdog media has yielded precious 
little for truth in history, if anything at all.  I am hard-pressed 
to think of a single example in decades of trying and begging to let 
us have a voice.

No more.  It did not work - not ever!

Folk wisdom has it that the definition of insanity is to do the same 
thing over and over again - and expect different results.

I say we HAVE the internet.  We need to USE the internet.

This has been followed up in a Letter to the Editor:

Thank you for today's largely balanced coverage of the illegal 
arrest of my husband, Ernst Zundel - for having missed an immigration 
hearing of which he was not notified.

There is one item that I feel I must correct:  Ernst did not leave 
Canada after he was ordered to shut down "his" website - it was, and 
is, my website, as everybody knows.

Ernst Zundel left after Canada's Human Rights Tribunal ruled that 
"Truth is not a defense."

To get that Human Rights obscenity written into law, Canadian 
taxpayers paid through the nose.  Ernst paid his own defense.

Now  you are one Ernst Zundel poorer and one disgusting hate law 
richer.  Who made the better deal?

Let's do it smartly and efficiently.  Not only can we do it, we can 
also lead the way.  I believe that the dissident movement ought to 
completely divorce itself from mainstream media and work hard and 
determined to create their own voice.  The lapdog media needs us more 
than we need them.  We only need to find our kind of people who 
respond to what we say.

On principle, I will no longer make myself available to any 
mainstream media - with two exceptions:

1.  I will do local media because I have to survive in this town and 
need to show myself as a mature and responsible neighbor, and

2.  I will cooperate if mainstream media submits written questions. 
I will reply in email so as to have a record of what I said and what 
got into print.

No other way.  That's it.

Let's make ourselves scarce and play haughty.  The information we are 
eager to get out is all available in cyberspace.  If media whores 
then lie about us, their lies will burn their faces.

Here's how I would like you to act:

*	No matter what you do, no matter who you contact - always, 
always refer them to www.zundelsite.org  The site is not that hard to 
remember.  Simply say:  "Take a look.  And decide for yourself."

*	Take a look at the new Zundelsite logo, 
http://www.zundelsite.org/graphics/zundelroped.jpg   Is there a 
space on your own home page where it could land as a convenient link?

*	A useful saying has it that one does not need to eat a sheep 
in order to know what a cutlet tastes like.  Don't bother with a 
dissertation - just send them to our door.

*	We will have provocative Zundelsite audio.  In a few days, 
we're starting with an audio called "Setting the Record Straight." 
It is Ernst Zundel Pure, right after the arson he suffered at the 
Canadian Zundel-Haus in 1995.

*	If people are not  interested, let's let them go their merry 
way.  We are not interested in numbers;  we're interested in quality. 
We're the best.  Let's surround ourselves with the best.  Contact 
people with brains,  not just brawn.  Tell them about our campaign.

*	Each one of us needs to decide where our talents lie.  Are 
you best at writing letters to the editor?  Can you befriend a 
national voice by targeting his conscience?  Are you good at doing 
mechanical internet work such as searching out sources advocating 
free speech, immigration reform organizations, patriot groups, 
student activist organizations?  Can you collect government contacts 
where pressure needs to be applied?  if nothing else, do you have 
your own circle of friends who  would chip in and purchase a tape to 
be viewed in small groups of like-minded people?  Use your 
imagination.

*	Please let your alternative media know that I am wide open to 
THEM!  A start will be the Rense Show, tomorrow  10. p.m.

We in the patriot, dissident movement have been reactive for 
decades, begging and groveling for some tiny crumbs of exposure, 
always on the receiving end of horrible abuse - and never getting a 
fair shake.  Never!  We have been slandered, smeared and vilified 
with utterly shameless tactics - and we could never get a handle on 
"our thing".  To vent our anger, we have complained endlessly, but 
mostly to each other.  We have permitted our enemies to write the 
script for us.

I say:  No more!  As far as I am concerned, from now on I am in control.
