ZGram: Where Truth is Destiny and Destination!

October 11, 1999

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

With the November 8, 1999 "Holocaust Denial" trial of Dr. Fredrick Toben coming up in Germany, it will behoove us to review what has happened to other victims of Zion who have dared to be politically incorrect.

I have listed many, but by no means all of them. on the Zundelsite at http://www.lebensraum.org/english/debate/victims/index.html, and my internet log tells me that it is one of the most frequently visited webpages.

From the Canadian publication "Insight", I excerpt some of the evidence of the abominable state of affairs in Germany, where persecution of "politically incorrect" people is worse than it was ever when Communism still controlled what is falsely called East Germany:

"Lenin and Stalin would happily smile if they could experience the success they worked for in Germany.

One man, Gunther Deckert, is in jail for what he believes in, spoke out about and wrote about. His crimes are:

* Saying "Holo" rather than Holocaust. He was sentenced to 24 months in jail without probation.

* For publishing his first conviction and saying words that David Irving did not say at a meeting that Deckert organized but could have said. He was sentenced to 27 months in jail.

* For saying that the Kohl government agents, while searching his home, were very unfriendly and messy and used Stasi (East German State Police) methods. For that, Deckert was sentenced to another month in jail.

* For asking questions of a so-called survivor of the Camp of Dachau whereupon the state prosecutor accused Deckert of having doubts about the Jewish persecution during National Socialist Germany. Deckert was sentenced to an additional 3 months in jail.

All of these extended sentences, unbelievably, occurred while Deckert ***was*** in jail!

Is it Democracy or Insanity!

What is the difference between the Bolsheviks and their Communist system in Russia and Germany today?

The difference is: In Germany today, they don't shoot their victims yet.

Udo Walendy has been publishing a magazine titled "Historische Tatsachen" (Historical Facts) since about 1975. Walendy's publication was one of the best writings as it was always well documented. It is banned today. (...)

The government had to get creative with Walendy. Beginning in 1995 the Kohl government began their collection of "no" information. This may sound confusing or you may think there are typos, but as you read on, it is unbelievable but true.

On May 17, 1996, Udo Walendy received his first conviction and sentence in Bielefeld as follows:

* For writings which Walendy could prove he did not write

* For writings that could not be disproved by the court, and

* For writing statements he was not even charged for.

Udo Walendy was sentenced to 15 months in jail without probation. Walendy went through several trials after this, and it was after an appeal that he lost that ended his ability to appeal any more that Walendy was put behind bars. The final case makes one wonder if the German justice system has lost its marbles!

Translated from the "National Journal" by Hans Peter Knoechel:

"On September 25, 1998, the Court of Bielefeld under the jurisdiction of Judge Luetzenkirchen rejected Walendy's appeal, sentencing him to another 14 months in jail, totalling his sentence to 34 months. Walendy was not allowed to produce any defense by way of witnesses or documentation, which would have been of no use in this particular case anyway.

Judge Luetzenkirchen came up with something brand new, never before heard of in any court of law. The judge stated: "It is not about what Walendy wrote; the court cannot disprove it. This verdict is all about what he did not write."

Is it really possible that a person can be convicted and sentenced to jail terms for a crime one did not commit? Yes, now we know; it is possible in Germany today!

This particular court appeal actually had nothing to do with Auschwitz (Holocaust) but rather was about how America fought World war II in the Pacific and in Europe (Udo Walendy's Historical Facts # 68). But all Judge Luetzenkirchen had on his mind seemed to be Auschwitz, which probably brought him to the emotional statement:

"Unfortunately, I cannot impose a heavier sentence. I am the only one who was in Auschwitz. And anyone who has seen the large collection of dentures and human hair, the inhuman barracks, the crematoria, can only bow their head and reflect on what happened there. You, the accused, are a representative of that generation which has caused this shaming and disgracing of the German name. And you dare to attempt to deny all this! Your concluding remarks show how stubborn you are!"

Interestingly, the judge did not mention the so-called gas chambers, and listening further to his speech, it seems that there is also a hidden charge, which is that Walendy is guilty of having lived during the National Socialist times in Germany."

Udo Walendy was released on June 1, 1999 but is forbidden to publish, which means that his livelihood has been ruined. This is like telling a carpenter that, in the future, he must refrain from using hammer, nails or saws.

Some "democratic" regime the Allies installed in Germany after 1945.

Thought for the Day:

" Ten years ago someone gave me a copy of the US World Almanac and Book of Facts 1990 . On page 443, in the chronicle of the year 1796, one sees this mention of Washington's farewell address as president:

"[He] gave strong warnings against permanent alliances with foreign powers, big public debt, large military establishment and devices of [a] 'small, artful, enterprising minority' to control or change government.'"
