ZGram: Where Truth is Destiny and Destination!

June 9, 1999

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

I have often heard Ernst say that where our opposition gets the upper hand on us is in intrinsic tribe cohesion. The Chosenites stick to each other - we, sad to say, do not.

That is a bloody shame. There's more of us than them (I know, I know, my grammar...!) and we are just as smart. I say that we are more benevolent. I think that we like beauty over filth and hard work over sloth. We don't approve of mooching off of others. We have all kinds of inner qualities that are a credit to our tribe, I say, that our enemies don't have - a sense of fair play being one. And right this minute, here and now, I feel another ethnic novel coming on to make my point artistically - which our enemies, no doubt, will try to ban as well!

My point is this, expressed with some impatience: That we could match them, tit for tat, and then some - were it not for our endless small and petty quibbling so prevalent in our ranks. How often have we seen the mystique of a hardworking leader tarnished or destroyed - not by our enemies but from within our ranks. It is a shame and need not be - but it happens, again and again.

We have a long and bitter way to go in understanding that if our ship is sinking - as Western civilization seems to be - we better get a bucket of our own to bail the rising water overboard - rather than snatch away our fellow boater's tin can and throw it overboard in a high, moral arc, proclaiming to the joy and comfort of our enemies that we, with our buckets, feel justifiably enraged by tin can water bailing.

Here are two of our own on just this topic - of the necessity of camaraderie and loyalty to our cause:

Revisionist # 1:

"Frankly, I don't think Jews are as powerful as you might think: there are a lot more powerful gentile families around."

Revisionist # 2:

"Agreed. They just don't network quite as well. One of the dissident Jewish writers, I forget which one, pointed out that the collective wealth and influence of the super-achieving Jews pales in comparison to the non-Jewish movers and shakers because the latter have them so vastly outnumbered. He goes on to say, however, that they get a lot more bang for their buck because of their long-term commitment to goals and their ability to focus their widely networked resources quickly and with an exquisite sense of timing and form. They thus exert an influence out of proportion to their numbers, both population and bucks. I know of few groups who can match their ability and tenacity in this regard. When you add the power of media control to that, the influence can be formidable indeed. I think the Mormons do a passable imitation, but they're awfully low key about it, and have no similar inroads in the media, at least none that I've heard about.

One thing that I'd like to say about this is that my first post may have started out on a hard sounding note, I tend to do that with rants. But this is not an exercise in Jew-bashing. I'd simply like to discuss the realities of the situation without dancing around certain subjects or words for fear of looking like a J-b.

With that aim in mind, let me then qualify a couple of things. I am in agreement with your observation that "dat Ol' Time Religion" and some of the traditional social values that were rude and crude survival mechanisms are regarded by legions of currently assimilating Jews with attitudes ranging from embarrassment to a thoughtful and considered rejection. A thing that serves to hide this is the powerful social reflex of instant and unquestioning mutual support against any kind of outside attack. Thus if a Gentile starts bashing some of the same things they've disavowed, they are still very likely to be among the voices in the chorus of condemnation which often greets such interlopers. Like when my cousin wailed to me for ten minutes about her awful older sister. I listened with sympathy and finally offered my sneering agreement that indeed, her sister was a jerk. She jumped my case, screamed "Don't you talk about _my_ sister that way!" Which, when translated to the universal reads "Don't you talk about _my_ jerk that way! You're an outsider and have no rights in this clan."

I believe that there have been times when this automatic defense mechanism has worked to the detriment of the whole. For instance, the fiery anti-Hitler, anti-German rhetoric of activist Jews in the 1930s may have worked to the later detriment of some very Germanized Jews who loved their assimilated culture and country more than their Jewish heritage, because they made no concerted effort to distance themselves from the attacks being made in the name of all Jews. The core Jewish zealots promoting Bolshevism and German-hatred created a perception among the Germans that brought much added misery to a lot of their hillbilly cousins in the Pale.

This invoking of the group trick used by promoters of splinter fanaticism to make their base appear bigger than it is one that is in hard use today. The Jewish elements promoting what I consider to be objectionable and provocative agendas, such as the ADL's spying, extortion and suppression, do so loudly in the claimed "Voice of World Jewry," when they represent no such thing. Yet how many Jews of the very many that you know have no use for these bastards do you see condemning their thuggish methods or agenda? Almost none. Part of that is because the ADL's first priority by a wide margin is to keep renegade Jews in line, and monitoring Gentile critics always takes second place to internal control. But another major element of the din of silence is because no matter how long ago you left the shtetl behind for the big city, you still have that part ingrained and part natural reluctance to risk giving aid and comfort to the enemies of your clan, however distant and however obnoxious some of the latter might be.

That sort of loyalty is to me an admirable quality which I prize in friends and family, and respect in others. I am also aware from observation and experience that it can get your butt in trouble. Like the time three legitimately enraged patrons from a group about to pound my buddy into the pavement turned and asked "Is he with you?!?" It was with a sinking feeling of dread but no hesitation that I mentally resigned myself to sharing his dumb-ass fate and snarled back, "Yeah. What the f--k is it to you?" And got my quick non-verbal expected response. Dumb thing to do? Yes. Do it again? Yes. It makes no sense for both of us to get beat up, knowing that my help will be useless against such numbers, but to stand there in silence, or worse, to deny connection and then watch punishment meted out to someone with ties to you is, I think, a naturally repugnant act to the human tribal instincts. It's probably genetically coded, as you can observe similar behavior in many animals. The pack settles its own problems within itself, and death to the outsider who attacks any member of the pack. <end>

Thought for the Day:

"Always forgive your enemies. Nothing annoys them so much."
