Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

Inch by inch and day by day, we are moving the struggle for Truth in History via serious Revisionist research and responsible editorials from the initial stages of demolishing the fraudulent, fictitious "Holocaust" - as peddled to the gullible for more than half a century, for them to genuflect! - to illustrating what it ***really*** is: an embryonic and, some say, a dangerous world religion.

Soon, said a cynic recently, "Coming to ***your*** neighborhood: A Holocaust Museum!"

In other words, a shrine to a new temporal Cult of Death. Take that, Judeao-Christianity!

There is government money, and plenty of it for such shrines. And there are all the crazy, irrational, upside-down, still laughable assertions required to make a tiny cult into a world class dogma.

Like any "respectable" religious dogma, it has its high priests (Rabbi Hier), prostrate believers (Judeao-Christian churches), holy places (the camps), morality plays (Schindler's List, Sophie's Choice), a devil (Adolf Hitler), precedent-setting orthodoxy councils (Nuremberg trials), Inquisitions (Canadian Human Rights Tribunals), Infidels (Revisionists), hard line enforcers (Deborah Lipstadt, the Jewish Defense League, B'nai Brith, the ADL), saints (Anne Frank, Father Kolbe, Wallenberg) and outcasts (Ernst Zundel).

And even as this dogma's contours as a tyrannical instrument of brutal mind control emerge from all the muck and mire of fifty years of propaganda, this world-renown outcast stands apart for his tenacity - a real live Martin Luther reincarnated into our times, in open war with cringing rogues who do the bidding of the Enforcers,

Here is the latest, courtesy of the Canadian Press:

Holocaust denier Ernst Zundel is appealing an Ontario court ruling that dismissed his lawsuit against federal politicians.

In court documents filed to the Ontario Court of Appeal this week, Zundel's lawyers claim the judge erred when he ruled that members of Parliament can't be sued for barring Zundel from parliamentary premises.

Justice James Chadwick dismissed Zundel's action against party and house leaders as well as some ministers last month because the House of Commons was exercising parliamentary privilege when it voted to keep Zundel out.

In a unanimous vote, Parliament nixed Zundel's plans to hold a news conference on June 5 last year in the news conference room in Centre Block.

Zundel launched a lawsuit claiming the defendants conspired to injure him by violating his charter rights to freedom of expression. He sought damages of $250,000 from every MP who voted on the motion and hundreds of thousands more from the political parties and named defendants.

Zundel is not appealing Chadwick's decision to dismiss his claim against the political parties. <end>

What does it mean for Zundel-Watchers? Judge Chadwick's ruling was a solomonic one: While barring Zundel from suing Canada's political leaders and their parties for denying him his constitutional rights, not with one word did the smart judge address the other complainants named in the suit - the Canadian Jewish Congress and its leader, Moshe Ronen.

This means that part of the law suit is still active. To many, the Chadwick ruling looks like the "green light by omission".

Knowing that Ernst has now appealed the "Parliamentary Privilege" claim to a higher court, and knowing Ernst singlemindedness of purpose as I do, my prediction is this law suit will go all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Yet one more time - for the gipper!

Ingrid

Thought for the Day:

The culture we are living in becomes an ever-wider sewer. In truth, I think we are caught up in a cultural collapse of historic proportions - a collapse so great that it simply overwhelms politics."
