Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

Just when Revisionists were mourning the death of Free Speech and historical inquiry in Holocaust-Lobby-besieged Switzerland, along comes a sensational endorsement of the famous Rudolf Report dealing with the Auschwitz "gas chambers" and related questions.

Remember that young Germar Rudolf had to go into exile with his young wife and two babies because of vicious persecution in Germany. Now we learn that Revisionist progress is being made, even in the teeth of the "Nazi Gold" controversy.

From an article titled "The Rudolf Report not illegal - Swiss Courts", we learn the following:

THE RUDOLF REPORT has been cleared by the Swiss courts, as it is a scientific text.

The writer René-Louis Berclaz (of Route des Misets 110, CH-1918 Châtel-St.Denis) was prosecuted at the instance of the organisation LICRA (Ligue Internationale conte le Racisme et l'Antisémitisme, the European counterpart to the New-York based ADL) for "racial discrimination". Reason: He had circulated the French-language edition of the RUDOLF-REPORT about the gas chambers at Auschwitz [demonstrating that the installations palmed off as "gas chambers" are simply not].

When Berclaz submitted that the court produce a rebuttal to the Rudolf-Report, the examining magistrate Jean Pierre Schröter of the Third District Court ("3e Ressort de la Veveyse", Avenue de la Gare, CH-1618 Châtel-St.Denis) appointed professor of chemistry Dr. Henri Ramuz (of Rheinparkstrasse 3/8, CH-4127 Birsfelden) to assess the disputed document. Dr. Ramuz submitted his affidavit to the court on May 18, coming to the conclusion that the RUDOLF-REPORT had to be described "as scientifically correct."

On September 9 the court reconvened at Châtel-St.Denis. Under the chairmanship of Judge Jean Pierre Schröter the four-judge panel announced the following judgement:

"The accused René-Louis Berclaz is acquitted of the charge of racial discrimination in connection with the circulation of the Rudolf Report."

Berclaz was however given a four mointh suspended prison sentence because in a private newwsletter issued by him he had printed a quotation of the words of Nahum Goldmann incompletely. The quote reads:

"I'm scarcely exaggerating. Jewish life consists of two things. Getting money, and whining." [The late Nahum Goldmann was President of the World Jewish Congress; the quotation is from his book *Das jüdische Paradox*, Athenäum, Frankfurt 1988, S. 77.]

Berclaz omitted the words, "I'm scarcely exaggerating," and this was held to be punishable as it distorted the meaning.

LICRA has informed the press that it will not be appealing the judgement as they are satisfied with it. Evidently they shy away from any kind of scientific debate on the RUDOLF-GUTACHTEN before the courts.

One final word: To give a man a four months suspended sentence for omitting three words of absolutely no meaning-distorting impact shows that the politicized judiciary was groping how to cover their backsides and do the token kneefall before the Mighty Powers after the vindication of the Rudolf Report.

Sad to say, political "justice" is leaving its fingerprints all over formerly pretty, democratic and fair Switzerland with token sentences such as the above. But nonetheless, the judicial vindication of the magnificent Rudolf Report is good news for Truth and a punch in the chops for our opposition.
