August 28, 1998

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

A few days ago I received word of the brutal arrest of the Swiss publisher of "Recht und Freiheit" (Right and Freedom), the most substantial monthly publication on the Right in Switzerland. His name is Ernst Indlekofer.

Mr. Indlekofer's office was raided; his computers and files were confiscated; and the usual media vilification and demonization was unleashed. In view of the cowardly buckling under of the Swiss authorities to the "Nazi Gold" extortion of its banking establishment, this arrest is not surprising.

I am having the communiqué sent to me from Switzerland translated, so I can give you details of those one example of the Holocaust-Terror now rampant across Europe. More and more, the enemy relies on brute force - unwilling to face facts, much less discuss inconsistencies, obvious errors, and outright lies. The so-called Holocaust has now become the Dogma of the Cult of Death - with all the earmarks showing it to be a most repressive dogma, and not a fact of history as commonly believed.

While I am waiting for this translation of what happened to Mr. Indlekofer and his publishing enterprise, I ask for your political engagement again to let the enemy know that there are still people in this world who will speak out against these blatant human rights abuses - be they committed in Switzerland, in Germany, France or Canada - and even more when they are camouflaged as quasi-legal by politicized courts, abuses that are now committed to ***protect the Holocaust as a most profitable racket***.

I have written before about the plight of the German Udo Walendy, another renown political scientist, writer and publisher, and I would like to do so again to keep the public spotlight on the repressive German authorities. Mr. Walendy was a witness in the Great Holocaust Trials in 1985 and 1988, and his investigative work in forged wartime photo fraud is internationally known and respected. In 1995, Udo Walendy was sentenced to 15 months imprisonment, and in 1996 to an additional 14 months - without probation.

What had he done? He published several articles and books proving that Allied propaganda photographs were faked - retouched, photo montages, or outright drawings. Some of his better-known photos were a) a photo of three men executed by hanging by "nasty Germans" in World War II, which Mr. Wiesenthal had personally retouched and enhanced by painting striped concentration camp pyjamas as their clothing, 2) a picture of a woman crouching with a baby in her arms while a German soldier aimed a gun at her. This picture had been cropped so that the viewer did not see that the German soldier was ***covering*** her with his gun and was, in fact, ***protecting*** her and her child from what seems to be a sniper attack at close range. (The Zundelsite will have these two photo on site in the near future!)

Additionally, Udo Walendy, a critical thinker and capable writer, questioned the official version of the written contemporary history of the German people and thus the foundations of the Allied vassal Federal Republic of Germany - just like Prof. Theodor Eschenburg, who stated: "Whoever doubts the exclusive guilt of Germany for the Second World War ***destroys the foundations of post-war politics***."

All appeals and complaints about violations of the constitution and Walendy's constitutional protection of his right to free speech, freedom of the press etc. were fruitless, although there are people in Germany and elsewhere who simply refuse to believe that in that so-called "democratic" country people have to go to prison for years (!) for publishing their political, historical or scientific research.

In the early summer of 1997 the 70-year-old Walendy was to commence his prison sentence. His doctor, however, certified the author unfit for imprisonment due to a serious heart complaint. This medical opinion was not accepted by the authorities, and he was forced to go to a state bureaucracy appointed doctor - in other words, a politically correct doctor. This doctor gave him two choices - both of which were inhumane: Walendy was to go to prison there and then, or he had to go to hospital for a catheter examination of his heart - a dangerous and painful procedure.

Reluctantly, Walendy agreed to the latter.

The examination, in fact, showed a serious heart complaint!

Based on this medical finding, his doctor again declared him unfit for imprisonment. One would think that the German German justice would now show understanding and humanity towards this researcher, who had only done what the German law allowed him to do, and whose only "crime" was to publish critical, common-sense pamphlets on historical topics of the day.

On September 18th, 1997, Udo Walendy nevertheless was again ordered to go to prison. He was ordered to report with a tooth brush to the prison hospital in Fröndenberg.

Two days before, on September 16th, 1997, a relative had taken Udo Walendy to a local emergency clinic for internal bleedings. The responsible court was immediately informed of this and given the necessary documents to prove it.

After his discharge from hospital for further treatment at home, Walendy was arrested at his home October 12th, 1997. At 10.10 p.m. on a Sunday night - a Soviet style tactic; they always come at night! - three plain-clothes policemen appeared at the Mönchengladbach home of his family and picked him up then and there.

In spite of his condition, Mr. Walendy was compelled to spend that night in a cold local police cell. The following day he was taken to the prison hospital in Fröndenberg.

After more examinations and treatment at the prison hospital, Walendy was transferred to yet another prison in Mönchengladbach-Rheydt on November 6th, 1997 for so-called "offenen Vollzug" which means that he can be looked after by his family during daytime but has to spend the night in prison. This option is customary for certain kinds of elderly, non-violent prisoners in Germany.

Written information on Walendy's health was sent to Walendy´s wife, who was concerned about the very life of her husband. Probably due to numerous calls for help, plus many enraged letters of protest from all over the world to German authorities as well as the publication of the unbelievable, Kafkaesque court decision (in his case by a third party) the privilege of house arrest during the day was abruptly ***cancelled*** by the state. Why? In order to demonstrate government power? To mete out punishment to dissidents? To show who was in control?

Walendy had to go to regular prison!

The reply of the premier minister of the state of Northrhine-Westphalia to a request for pardon by a prominent person was remarkable: The office of the premier minister, Johannes Rau, a former Protestant preacher, answered: Not responsible - this office is only responsible for serious offenders serving life.

On November 6th, 1997 Walendy, the author and publisher of the scientific periodical "Historische Tatsachen" ("Historical Facts") and many other books, among them the famous "Wahrheit für Deutschland" ("Truth For Germany"), was moved to the prison in Oberhausen and, on November 10th, 1997 to the regular prison for serious convicts in Münster.

Usually this kind of treatment is only reserved for prisoners where there is a risk of escape. Due to Mr. Walendy's illness, there is absolutely no risk of escape. Had he intended to flee, he could have escaped in the months between the passing of the verdict and the summons to commence his prison sentence, when there was plenty of time and opportunities to do so. In fact, in a published statement, Udo Walendy wrote after his conviction that he would not contemplate going into exile - he would stay in Germany, come what may!

Violations of human rights only in China, Iran and Korea?

Something has got to be done! You can contact Udo Walendy by writing to one of the following addresses:

Please take this seriously. There are now so many cases in Europe - Deckert in Germany, Dr. Faurisson and even Le Pen in France, Graf, Förster and Indlekofer in Switzerland and others, that people simply have no choice but to speak up. You and your fellow patriots can make known your protest as follows:

"We, the undersigned, are alarmed to register that human rights are increasingly violated on a regular, state-sanctioned basis in Germany. Repressive anti-free speech regulations and criminal proceedings are increasingly used against political opponents by those in power.

Cases have been proven where government counter intelligence agents have been used as provocateurs and have committed criminal offenses or incited naive patriots to do so in order to allow criminal proceedings against them, which always end in bad publicity for patriots and frequenly criminal convictions, huge fines, long jail terms etc..

Protest demonstrations and perfectly peaceful assemblies are increasingly forbidden in Germany. The banning of critical books, newspapers, CDs, audio and video tapes and films, especially those which do not comply with the officially prescribed, Allied sponsored history is steadily increasing in Germany.

This hampers genuine, truthful research into German and European history. It is unworthy of a country that calls itself a "democracy"!

We are alarmed by the constant violations of constitutionally protected and guaranteed freedoms, pronounced by the General Assembly of the United Nations in the 2nd General Declaration of Human Rights. (Article 19)

We therefore appeal to you to use the influence of your office to examine this state of affairs and undertake steps so that such violations of human rights will be stopped in Germany.

Thought for the Day:

"I have always thought that all men should be free, but if any should be slaves, it should be first those who desire it for themselves, and secondly those who desire it for others."
