I am still writing this from the road and, hence, don't have access to my regular computer and hard disk. Therefore, I have to rely on previously published materials I offer today as backdrop to what I still ponder: The strangely eerie non-cross-examination on July 10, 1998 pertaining to my affidavit where nothing much of substance was asked - and thus revealed to the Federal Judge who will be asked to look this case over.
Upon reflection, it makes sense from the Holocaust Promotion Lobby's perspective. All along, I have hammered away at the fact that Ernst Zundel does not have that chance of that proverbial snowball in hell with these latter-day Inquisitors who do not even care to make a show of fairness. It's Get-Ernst-Zundel-Season! (Maxwell Yalden, the former Chief of the CHRC said so himself: "We intend to close Zundel's (sic) website down!")
The outcome of the Tribunal Hearings themselves, we all know, is already a foregone conclusion - and our aim is to get just as much of our facts and findings read into the records as is possible. Hence, seen through those Chosenite eyes, it would make sense to have all testimony not just curtailed in cross-examination but prevented from being introduced into the annals of Canadian jurisprudence to begin with. Certainly the blatant dismissal of Zundel witnesses with far more credentials and sophistication than the government witness who did not reference a single point he made and whose testimony from a scholarly, historical or legal perspective is thus virtually worthless, speaks to that.
That our opposition knows who they are and how they act - as modern Torquemadas! - was almost comically evident when they pulled out one of my posts that juxtaposed their tactics to the tactics of the Spanish Inquisition. A very apt - and very graphic comparison! They hated that! Now we await with bated breath if they will be so foolish as to submit that document to what we pray will be a fair and sober judge who still remembers - so we hope! - that truth IS and has always been a defense in real courts in Canada!
As it was NOT in Europe during the Spanish Inquisitions!
Man, will I hammer away at that one! What a disgrace to Canada these Human Rights Tribunals are!
Meanwhile, read what was said by Michael Hoffman II more than fourteen years ago already, way back in 1985:
