Here is a shortie but goodie, sent overnight in response to the Council on Public Affairs' press release that the Presslers had won their defamation suit:
"Ingrid, the implications of the following paragraph are truly horrifying:
'CHBC-TV and Lethbridge made no attempt at trial to prove that the allegations made in the broadcast were true. Both attempted to justify the broadcast on the grounds that the Council on Public Affairs had defended the right to free speech of people such as German-Canadian Ernst Zundel and Alberta Teacher Jim Keegstra.'
What appalls us is the brazenness of this tactic. Imagine someone proclaiming publicly that because certain people support views he doesn't like, any defamatory lies he tells about them are justified and should be legally protected.
This is being said in a Western country? A country of European roots? It is good that the judge saw through this nonsense and ruled in the Pressler's favour - but the audacity of the enemy is cause for increased vigilance on our part.
I am reminded of the audacity exhibited by the Israelis when, on 8 June 1967, they sent jetfighters to open fire on the USS Liberty 12 miles off the Egyptian coast . . . T)he Jews knew that if their murderous scheme worked they could blame the Egyptians for it. They also knew that if the foul attack did not succeed that they could count on the kept press and bought politicians of the US to cover up for them.
It turns out they could also count on the sycophancy of Lyndon B Johnson, who ordered the USS Davis NOT to help the stricken USS Liberty.
It still amazes me how and why so many Jews can be so devious and deceitful and so damnably arrogant about it. I started out thinking that all we need do is stick to the facts, proceed objectively and demonstrate that our motivation is love of Truth, not hatred for any race, colour or creed. Yet more and more often I hear it proclaimed that Truth is no defense.
What these swine are saying in a not-so-roundabout way is: a Lie is THEIR defense!
It's amazing what one can learn in a mere six months or so. How could I have been so stupid for so many years before that?
Not that I was completely taken in by the establishment liars; I've always hated them, but I've spent so much time chasing false foes.

Thought for the Day, taken from "A Nation On Trial" - the controversial book by N. G. Finkelstein and R. B. Birn who wrote on, among other things, on why the Jewish state sees itself as immunized from legitimate censure:
"It should be clear that, in the context of the Nazi genocide, there can be no question of Jewish guilt or innocence. That is what makes Goldhagen's overarching framework - convincing to many readers. Yet by proposing a transhistorical explanation for the Nazi holocaust, Goldhagen effectively detaches the most extreme manifestation of anti-Semitism from its historical context. Anti-semitism becomes a chronic mental aberration "divorced from actual Jews" and it follows that at all times and for no reason, Gentiles harbor homicidal anti-Jewish animus, while Jews always enjoy moral impunity. . .
