Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

I have been working furiously against a newsletter deadline since 3 AM in the morning - so you must forgive me that I take a shortcut and ship you part of the Ernst Zundel Power Letter for August.

Here he speaks of themes I have touched on before and will, no doubt, expand on later. Of special interest to me is the enemy's systematic use of infiltrators and spies into organizations considered "politically incorrect". Here is a brief preview, Ernst speaking:

"I have been away from Toronto a fair bit of time in the last few months, necessitated by preparations for the various legal battles, court cases and tribunal hearings now coming up on the agenda of my life. Things have gotten so complicated that I have begun a simple flow chart on a large calendar and regularly consult with my attorneys about the disposition and status of various cases, court and hearing dates and filing deadlines for legal documents. I am developing into an amateur lawyer!

I find all this disgusting and infuriating because the time and money spent on these court and tribunal hearings really amount to a form of severe financial and organizational punishment before trial. It is a form of legally sanctioned highway robbery by the state, initiated by lobbyists who have the ear of politicians and public officials. This situation is unfortunately not confined to Canada. Such scenarios are played out in places like Germany, France, Austria, England and other so-called democratic states. There seems a definite goal behind these time- and energy-wasting proceedings.

One element which enters ever more frequently in this unpleasant situation around the world is the use of the mob - the threatened and actual terror by leftist groups and anarchist street gangs like the ARA and Eco-Terrorists, "mad bombers", hoodlums and thugs who threaten their opponents during court appearances, press conferences, public lectures etc. I have checked with other leaders of patriotic groups in Canada, the USA and Europe and found that this is an increasingly world-wide phenomenon. There definitely seems to be a policy being followed from Germany to England, from France to Canada, of state-subsidized anarchist-Marxist groups engaging in state-tolerated, media-supported, actual physical terrorism by the Left against the Right. Verbal threats, taunts and fist-waving have been replaced by tire slashings, spray-paintings, knifings and beatings.

There is also, very discernibly, a definite increase in the use of infiltrators, turncoats, spies and agent provocateurs by various organs of the state-such as domestic spy agencies, federal police and even local, provincial or state police forces-along with private Zionist "monitoring" agents. All these freelance or full-time government agents and snoops are highly paid, and in return for their payoffs supply often false reports of events and activities, as well as profiles of people, all of which are tailored and slanted towards the wishes of the government departments which hired them in the first place. The same applies to private spies and agents.

These agents and agent provocateurs also supply the perjured testimony at political trials and some of the harebrained schemes some of the "Patriots" get involved in or suckered into. Many of them are classic sting operations like one frequently sees on television.

All of this stuff is reminiscent of the police state practicies of the politically and morally bankrupt former Marxist regimes of East Germany, Poland, the Soviet Union etc. The policies followed are the policies of sick states and even sicker societies and their corrupt power elites on the verge of imploding and destroying themselves on their own corruption.

The ruling oligarchies want to remain in power by hook or by crook, and any means justifies that end, by their views. Thus, in England, France, Germany, Austria and Canada, the Right is under steady and ever increasing attack by state-tolerated hooligans and outright terrorists who operate with virtual immunity-torching, burning, beating and bombing those the ruling systems do not like. I have hundreds of cases on file from almost a dozen countries.

The scenario is simple:

The leftists enjoy a level of freedom of operations to do their clearly illegal stuff, while the Right engages in defensive legal retaliation and still finds itself harassed by leftist mobs, beset by all kinds of spies, infiltrators, snitches and agent provocateurs. The Right is ever more restricted while the Left enjoys quasi total freedom of movement. I cannot understand that policy!

No state can long survive such a dual policy of toleration of terror on one hand and suppression of legitimate dissent on the other! The policy is not only immoral and short-sighted-in most countries it is against their laws and their constitutions. The result of this state-sanctioned meddling in the political process by terrorism has destroyed many organizations and compromised or destroyed a whole generation of leaders-real and potential. Without leaders and role models, nothing happens in the world-least of all in politics.

The non-arrest by Canada's RCMP of the identified bombers who unleashed a campaign of terror, arson, bombing and intimidation in 1995-1996 is such a case in point. The police have identified the bombers by name since March 19, 1997, and yet almost five months later no arrests have been made, no charges have been laid.

The bombers are still free to build and send more bombs. The police just wait and seem willing to risk the lives of future bombing victims."

Ernst Zundel

Thought for the Day:

"Nothing is more indicative of the real levers of power in a country than the subjects that are taboo for satire. . . The turning point will come when those taboos are broken. They are not dictated by sensitive feelings, but by simple fear, exactly as are those behind the Iron Curtain."

(Alexander Jordan in Letters to the Compiler, March 1978)
