It never ceases to amaze the Dedicated Zundel Watchers why-but-why the Holocaust Hucksters will keep insisting on madcap courtroom strategies when, all along, it was what happened in the courts-what was said under oath and went into the transcripts-that ended up smack in the public domain. Once made available that way, our work is done. We can sit back and watch. Propelled by courtroom evidence, as though out of a cannon, the Message of the Hoax invariably moves with lightning speed at no cost and no sweat to us straight into law book, lawyer publications, college seminars, university texts and even high school textbooks.
It is ridiculously simple: You get things said in courts, and they are there FOREVER!
I cannot stress enough how seriously Revisionism is now put under the scholarly microscope in many, many universities in the farthest corners of the world. That would never have happened without Ernst Zündel's legal wrestling matches. It is very, very hard for him, but it is nuggets for the movement.
All day yesterday, I worked on putting the finishing touches on our German language letter, "Germania Rundbrief". I am loosely translating from this letter the spirit of what this newest legal match will mean:

I have been told by many young people that Irving, more than anybody else, has been responsible for opening their eyes to the Hoax. If you have college connections and live in the areas where this best-selling British author is to speak, help publicize his appearances.
Here you have a university trained, highly sophisticated social worker getting his jollies from seeing a 20-year-old's website harassed that is addressing such issues as Freedom of Speech, Out-of-Control Immigration etc. That in itself speaks volumes how frazzled our opposition has become.

I didn't even know that e-mail bombs could be that big! Maybe it is a typo? I constantly get ribbed for being such an ignoramus when it comes to computer stuff-primarily a Nizkor smear that's totally deserved, unlike the ones that aren't. I am a scribe and not a geek. I wouldn't have it any other way. Would you?
