Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

First of all: We have had an inordinate number of ZGrams returned to us as "undeliverable." I don't know what is wrong - if it's a server snag or what. Let me know if you experience problems.

Next, to catch up on some international odds and ends, some of which are now a bit outdated:

Australia:

This paragraph was forwarded to us some time ago when the Zundelsite Cyberspace Stand-off was still very hot news world-wide. It was written by the National Marketing Co-Ordinator of the Australasian Web Publishers Association and offers a most interesting perspective on the US-based Simon Wiesenthal Center Internet censorship meddling that caused Germany to block access to 1500 sites -just to stop people from reading what we had to say:

"I find it disturbing", writes this gentleman, "that the customers of my client can be arbitrarily cut off because of a circumstance in the USA (that) has offended someone in Germany.

I will be pursuing this further, since it is definitely in breach of Australian consumer law, and represents interference with the constitutional right of my client to trade freely."

Argentina:

From Buenos Aires, via La Presse, Montreal (April 2, 1996, p B6) comes the following:

"Emilie Pelzl Schindler, the ex-wife of Oscar Schindler, whose story is told by Steven Spielberg's film, asserts that the events told about in the film were deformed and that her husband never wrote the famous list of Jews to be saved from Auschwitz.

In a book of recollections, Memoirs, introduced to the press in Buenos Aires, Emilie Pelzl Schindler, a Czech citizeness, now 89 years old, indicates that her ex-husband never went to Auschwitz and that, without her help, could never have saved the 1.300 Jews whose salvation is attributed to him.

The famous list would not have been written by her husband, but by a certain "Goldfman" (sic?) and nobody knows what became of the Jews inscribed on that list."

Austria:

I have had quite a few inquiries regarding the Austrian Revisionist court case that was supposed to have been overturned and the defendant set free. I have not been able to verify it. I will let you know if I find out details.

Sweden:

I have had good news and bad news on that "Radio Islam" site, http://oden.se/~rilsam, that is supposed to be revisionist. I want to stress that we don't know them; they have never contacted us.

The bad news is that, apparently, this web site have been forced to move, for the third time and ". . . two times in three day." Word is that they have taken refuge with a server that specializes in "politically incorrect" speech. That is all that I know at this time.

The good news is that some of their posts seem to be very legitimate, as far as traditional, respectable Revisionism is concerned. One reader wrote:

Its French section in particular . . is quite impressive. Your Swedish correspondent is right: there is certainly quite a bit more material posted there in French than in English. One can find:

Robert Faurisson - "How Many Dead at Auschwitz"?
Serge Thion - "Night and Fog?"
Ahmed Rami - Anti-Jewish Intifada in Stockholm"
Juergen Graf - "Holocaust by Scanner"

There are lengthy, articulate, thoughtful essays. The last offering (Juergen Graf) appears to be a long series of articles that have been converted to ASCII format by scanner and are posted there FTP-site style.

It does seem to be a site in its infancy, as you said, but the material is by no means negligible, especially if the potential readership is 98% brainwashed and ignorant of historical revisionism, which is probably the case.

It seems to me there is a section in Norwegian as well. But even without Norwegian, the linguistic coverage is considerable. There would only be Spanish and Italian to add, to cover Western Europe quite thoroughly."

USA

CODOH International has expanded its "DAVID IRVING PAGE." In addition to the introduction to Irving's suppressed, "Goebbels: Mastermind of the Third Reich", two articles are now available that give insight to Irving's recently censored work. These articles, "Revelations from Joseph Goebbels' Diary" and "The Suppressed Eichmann and Goebbels Papers" are taken from speeches that Mr. Irving gave at the Eleventh and Twelfth International Revisionist Conferences.

Readers may now access the gist of Irving's controversial assessment of the life and career Hitler's propaganda minister. Accompanying this revealing document is Irving's account of how he uncovered -- in the former Soviet archives in Moscow -- days, months and years of key entries in Goebbels' diaries previously unknown to Western scholars, entries which provide the chief evidentiary basis for the biography.

Germany:

Readers who speak German, please check the details in our "German News" section of an upcoming trial in Germany, to start May 7, that will involve the impressively written "Grundlagen zur Zeitgeschichte." (Foundations of Contemporary History). Of particular interest in this court case is that a number of Jews have agreed to testify on behalf of the defendants that they consider themselves neither "insulted" nor "defamed" by Revisionism, but nonetheless, they are not expected to be allowed to testify.

Canada:

Just as Ernst Zündel was getting ready for another face-off in the Ottawa Intelligence Hearings on May 6th, he received a small surprise. I am quoting here from this morning's fax:

"Late yesterday, Doug (Ernst's attorney) called me with the surprising news that the Intelligence Committee had called him and simply cancelled the May 6th beginning hearings! Doug and I had our flights all booked!

We are now reorganizing. Most likely we will begin on the 13th of May and go most of the rest of the month til June 10th - the Federal Court Appearance (on the Bias Hearing).

There are already noisy objections to that hearing from the Federal Government lawyers. The Jewish Minister, Herb Gray, who caused all this grief for me and who is behind the deportation moves, has been diagnosed with esophagus cancer and is taking chemo therapy. He is the most powerful man in the Chretien government and the Jew in place to finish me off."

I leave you with your thoughts.

Ingrid
