ZGram: Where Truth is Destiny

January 28, 2001

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

Here comes your Sunday Revisionist Round-up:

Mr. Death: The Rise and Fall of Fred Leuchter, was shown nationwide on CBC, the Canadian National television network, on 22 January 2001 and will be shown in America on Cinemax Tuesday, January 30, 2001. Watch it if you can - and give us your reaction!

This documentary is the compelling story of how Fred Leuchter, America's Number One execution equipment expert, went on a secret forensic rock-and-mortar sample-taking mission to Auschwitz to investigate the Jewish claim that four million were "gassed" in that German concentration camp - and how the Holocaust Lobby pulled out all the stops to destroy his reputation - and findings.

Leuchter was mercilessly persecuted for presenting the evidence of his findings at Ernst ZŸndel's celebrated 1988 trial. "The Leuchter Report" resulted from that court testimony - a document that has been translated in dozens of languages and has been circulated in millions of copies around the world.

Jšrg Haider, former leader of Austria's right-wing populist Freedom Party, lost a controversial court case against German public broadcaster ZDF. The station had labeled him a "dangerous political scoundrel" during the political program Frontal.

Judges in Vienna hypocritically ruled that although this judgment may have been "harsh and even excessive," it was perfectly legitimate to do so under the laws of freedom of speech. As if there is freedom of speech in Germany!

The Austrian news agency APA reported that Mr. Haider will appeal.

And speaking of Haider who had just come back from being received by the Pope, much to the chagrin of the Lobby: The controversial politician again spoke out against an agreement to compensate Jews ". . . for property lost when the Nazis took power."

Haider criticized an agreement Austria signed in the dying days of the Clinton Administration with the U.S. government a few days ago, agreeing to pay $500 million in return for dismissal of survivors' lawsuits over apartments and other property seized from former Jewish citizens of Austria, bringing little Austria's total compensation commitment close to $1 billion.

''There must be an end at one point,'' Haider told a meeting of the far-right Freedom Party. He called it a ''treacherous hope'' for Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel to believe that by agreeing to the deal he would earn ''overwhelming applause from the East Coast,'' alluding to the mostly New York based Holocaust Lobby.

The leader of Austria's Jewish community wants more than money - he wants an apology to go along with the loot.

Ariel Muzicant has rejected a proposal for compensating Holocaust victims, saying it isn't enough money and doesn't include a government apology for World War II collaboration with the Nazis.

As things stand now, says Muzicant, he'd rather wait for the Bush administration to take up the issue, in hopes of getting what he called a "just and moral result."

This could turn out to be a miscalculation, for so far the Bush White House make-up seems to be a little more genteel (pun intended) than the Clinton White House.

Germany has something called the "Office for the Protection of the Constitution," - with its own Constitutional Police, no less! - which has operated as a leftist front notorious for harassing citizens who disagree with the Allied Occupiers' postwar version of German history, including the Allied version of the so-called "Holocaust". However, recently it ruled in an odd way.

It has decided that there is "no evidence of sustained cooperation between German neo-Nazis and Islamic fundamentalists."

The claim of such cooperation was made following an October attack on a synagogue in DŸsseldorf by what was first blamed on "Neo-Nazis" and then found to have been perpetrated by angry Arabs living in Germany.

The Associated Press reported that, according to "purported secret police documents" published recently, "Romania's top church dignitary once supported a rabidly anti-Semitic, pro-Nazi fascist movement and helped ransack a synagogue during World War II. . . . Although the documents are considered genuine, the information they contain could be false: Romania's former secret police often wrote lies to blackmail and repress opponents."

The target was one "Teoctist, the head of Romania's Orthodox Church," now 86, who is known to have supported the fascist Legionnaire movement.

Also from an Associated Press release, written by Pauline Jelenek, comes this:

"Jewelry, art and other property plundered by Nazi Germany were not returned to Holocaust victims because the United States and its allies had ``more pressing'' things to deal with at the end of World War II, a presidential commission reported.

"Whether it was the need to rebuild shattered European economies, restore democracy to Germany, wage the Cold War ... the interests of individual Holocaust victims suffered,'' said Edgar M. Bronfman, the panel's chairman, who wants to see more done on restitution issues.

Sweden's top artists, calling themselves "Artists against Nazis", gathered on the stage last Tuesday night ". . . to sing out against what they fear is a growing trend of racism and intolerance in their country. This concert was a prelude to a January 29-30 "international conference against intolerance".

Sweden has suffered from a deluge of foreigners for the past two decades and one report gingerly claimed that ". . . its egalitarian ideals have been tested."

Both Winston Churchill and FD Roosevelt hated Prussia and wanted it erased from the map after Germany's defeat in WWII. Still, according to an AP report, ". . . after striving for half a century to shrug off their fearsome military past, Germans are allowing themselves a moment of nostalgia for Prussia on the 300th anniversary of the defunct kingdom's foundation.

"The festivities were beginning Thursday with speeches by Berlin's mayor and the Brandenburg state governor at a reception in Berlin. They are to continue through the year with exhibitions, films and discussions in more than 100 museums and cultural institutions across the region."

"We love Prussia!" T-shirts have been runaway bestsellers among German youth and can be seen at many nationalist gatherings.

Over the past few years, European countries have pledged a total of $7 billion in Holocaust settlement, but according to Elan Steinberg of the World Jewish Congress, ". . . very little, virtually none, has actually flowed to survivors.'' Steinberg estimates that 30,000 to 40,000 elderly survivors have died as negotiations wore on, distribution plans were figured, foundations were set up.

These are interesting actuarial statistics, since it is possible to project backwards and estimate how many "survivors" actually did survive the ever-more-promoted Holocaust.

As Norman Finkelstein's mother wanted to know: "If there are so many survivors - when who did Hitler kill?" - or words to that effect.

The Arabs like their anti-semitism raw. In December, Egypt's General Hassan Sweilem authored a two-part series titled "The Jewish Personality and the Israeli Action."

WorldNetDaily, a purportedly conservative online magazine that has recently come out of the closet and revealed itself to be pro-Zionist, angrily published an excerpt:

[start]

"Historians, race-studies professors and sociologists agree that humanity, throughout its long history, has never known a race such as the Jewish race in which so many bad qualities -- base and loathsome -- have been gathered.

"The Jews had a quality which distinguished them from others: whenever they gathered in a particular place and felt comfortable there, they turned the place into a den of evil, corruption, incitement to internal strife and the spreading of wars," the reserve (sic?) wrote. "The Jews took advantage of the lack of attention by the people and rulers to the plots and traps designed by the Jews."

Sweilem then retraces his version of "history" right up through the Holocaust, which he proclaims a "lie."

"This is a huge lie which they managed to market around the world," Sweilem writes.

[end]

As reported in a previous ZGram, Jacques Mandelbaum in "Le Monde" of January 25, 2001, talking about a "Holocaust exhibition", admits that

"... pictures taken (during the liberation of the camps) were used in ways that were often historically problematical, from the very first newspaper photos and newsreels to the [now] famous documentary films, such as Alain Resnais's memorable Night and Fog (1956). (...) All well-known images employed in the portrayal of this crime are, if not [outrightly] false, at the very least ill-adapted. (...) If seeing is believing, how then does one make the admission that where the Shoah is concerned it is precisely [tell-tale] images we are [almost] completely without."

You wonder if someone in France is going to report this courageous Jewish journalist on the recently installed Ministry of Justice Holocaust Denier Snitch Line. Or will the "Jewish Bonus" protect him? (Deniers are "negationists" in France...)

When Germans are fed up with something, they say they "have their nose full." The Queen of England seems to have her nose full of Holocaust matters, for she begged off not all that graciously to have herself be used for decoration.

The Queen declined an invitation from the Home Office to attend Saturday's ceremony to mark the nation's first Holocaust Memorial Day because ". . . she did not wish to interrupt her Christmas break at Sandringham."

Instead, she will attend a shooting party that day, hosted by her husband.

For his part, Prince Charles caused a media firestorm by being equally busy with "private matters". The Holocaust Lobby was furious when it found out that the prince could have attended these celebrations, since he had no official duties to attend to that day.

This British memorial, by the way, which will feature a program of readings, poetry and music, has already been dogged by controversy. Members of Britain's Armenian community were invited to the service belatedly after complaining that no recognition was being given to what they say is the genocide of 1.5 million of their countrymen in 1915 at the hands of Ottoman Turks.

But that invitation was not the Jews' liking at all.

"We stress that the genocide of six million Jews in the Holocaust in World War Two should not be compared to any other event and should not be overshadowed by so-called genocide claims," the Turkish Jewish community said in a statement issued from the office of Turkey's chief rabbi. Turkey has evolved into Israel's closest military and political ally in the Middle East.

Revisionist researcher Udo Walendy of Germany has been released from prison where he spent several years for his politically incorrect attitude regarding matters connected to the Holocaust - not for what he said but for what he did not say and "should have said" in several of his publications. That's right! That was the reason given for his sentence!

Walendy, in ill health and well into his seventies, served almost his entire sentence with hardly any reduction - when reduced time for good behavior is standard procedure even in the hardest criminal cases in Germany.

Claude Lanzmann, French-based film maker of the Holocaust movie, Shoah, believes that the Palestinians have launched a concerted campaign to pressure Western countries to intervene in the Arab-Israeli dispute at Israel's expense.

"The Palestinians want to internationalize the conflict, to recreate what happened in Kosovo," charged Lanzmann, who feels pessimistic about the present situation.

"To the Arabs," he opined, "Israel is an 'original sin."

"Israel will use more and more force and the world will condemn Israel. The Palestinians know it," he charges. Israel's image in France, he feels, has been blackened. Israel is ". . . the killer of children." Looks like the Palestinians have learned a lesson or two from their oppressors - two can play the game of image exploitation!

Steven Spielberg is still doing his mischief in Germany. He has launched a nationwide initiative in Germany ". . . to promote an awareness of the Holocaust" - in other words, more brainwashing.

The project will include an advertising campaign in major newspapers, CD-ROM for school instruction and an essay competition.

The Zundelsite predicts the Revisionist Internet visitor count will jump as a result, as bored German kids will turn to the forbidden websites to get a rise out of their teachers and elders.

In the spirit of the times, President Johannes Rau marked a German national day, January 27, ". . . to remember the victims of the Holocaust" by calling for vigilance against extremism.

"Our history obliges us especially to pay attention to the smallest sign of anti-Semitism, of racism and of attacks against human dignity," Rau told the lower house of parliament, the Bundestag, at a ceremony honoring the victims of the Holocaust. Rau added for good measure: "We have only late(ly), and for many victims too late, drawn the necessary conclusions."

This kind of oily sermonizing has turned many Germans into people who tell Paul Spiegel, President of Germany's Jews, to his face that they are fed up with the Holocaust being in their faces every day.

"Unfortunately", observes the Daily Telegraph in a recent article, "there is no agreement over what constitutes 'genocide'. Is it distinct from ethnic cleansing'? Certainly the victims of either will make no such distinction. Shouldn't Stalin's deliberate starvation of millions in the Ukraine, and the mass slaughter of German civilians, expelled from their ancestral lands by the Red Army and its auxiliaries in 1945, have a place in this catalogue of human wickedness?"

Much to the chagrin of the Holocaust Promoters, this question is being asked with ever greater frequency in ever wider circles in the media and in academia. The Bronfmans, Dershowitzes, and Rabbi Coopers and Hiers of this world will find it ever tougher going. They are running out of ideas, and their lies are catching up!
