very, very BIG news - and, for us, maybe the beginning of the end of 
a horrendous nightmare of the Zundel kidnapping and deportation to 
Canada, where he was held in nightmarish conditions in the Toronto 
West Detention Center for two years!

His attorney just sent me this:

The Supreme Court of Canada has struck down the Security Certificate 
law as unconstitutional!

Of course, this occurs conveniently after Ernst Zundel has been 
deported under this illegal law. He is the only one.
