Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

Right now, we are in a legal lull, waiting for two court decisions.

One is to come from the US Sixth Circuit Court on our request to 
grant Ernst that belated "arrest and deportation hearing" he should 
have had right after he was thrown into an American dungeon where he 
was literally terrorized with dogs.  He was entitled to a hearing 
before a neutral judge, which the US Supreme Court reaffirmed a few 
days ago would have been his constitutional right in the democracy 
America still claims to be.  Will that ruling have an impact on his 
case?  Yes, we believe in it - but we don't count on it.  It could 
well be that his next front will be the German courts - where 
stunning spectacles are happening!  I wish I had time to translate 
some of the hilarious court scenes to you where "Holocaust Denial" 
trials have become a favorite spectator sport of restive, fed-up 
audiences hooting the judges right out of their seats.  If I were a 
Jew, I wouldn't want a Zundel trial in Germany!

The second, eagerly awaited decision is to come from the Supreme 
Court of Canada letting us know if they will grant Ernst a review of, 
among other things, Judge Blais's biased rulings in the interminable 
"security certificate" hearings.  There won't be another hearing 
before Judge Blais before July 28 - not that anything will come of 
that one either except more groveling before Judge Blais's Jewish 
cronies.  Letters from Canadian citizens tell us over and over how 
disgusted people are to see their law be treated as though it were a 
rag on which to wipe one's feet! 

Naturally, now that they - meaning Ernst's Jewish detractors - have 
gotten themselves another "tar baby" state of affairs, they are 
desperately trying to get "unstuck" by keeping on pushing and pushing 
the powers that be to do as they demand - get Ernst out of their 
hair! 

Just this morning somebody sent me the latest Jewish thumbscrew 
attempt in the Canadian Senate, to wit:

Refugee Claim by Mr. Ernst Zundel

Hon. David Tkachuk:

Honourable senators, last February Ernst Zundel was deported to 
Canada from the United States. Despite promises from the government 
that he would be quickly dealt with, he is still here.

As many people had feared, he seems to be pleased to drag out the 
court process surrounding the issuing of a national security 
certificate against him for as long as possible. Mr. Zundel and his 
supporters have used the resulting media attention to promote his 
anti-Semitic ideas. It is disturbing to see some people presenting 
Mr. Zundel as a civil rights champion for putting our legal system 
through so many twists and turns when he was, in fact, declared a 
security risk to this country.

My question is - and I have asked this before and I will continue to 
ask it until I receive an answer - how much longer will Ernst Zundel 
be in our country, and how much has this cost the Canadian taxpayer 
to date?

Hon. Jack Austin (Leader of the Government):

Honourable senators, the answer I gave previously is the answer again 
today. Mr. Zundel is the subject of judicial proceedings to determine 
the questions that Senator Tkachuk has presented. Our system of laws, 
as Senator Tkachuk knows, is balanced in favour of the presumption of 
innocence of the person who is the subject of the proceeding. The 
Crown has the obligation of demonstrating why he should be removed.

Senator Tkachuk: It may have that obligation, honourable senators, 
but all this wrangling over Mr. Zundel might have been avoided had he 
been deported to Germany as soon as Canadian officials verified his 
identity.

Could the Leader of the Government in the Senate tell us if the 
Department of Citizenship and Immigration has conducted some sort of 
review as to what happened when Mr. Zundel was initially deported 
here, and why he was not immediately turned over to German 
authorities, as they had requested?

Senator Austin: Honourable senators, Mr. Zundel has the right to the 
benefits of Canadian law, and he has the right to use our judicial 
process; and he is exercising that right.

A penny for YOUR thoughts!

While we wait, I thought you might enjoy another sample of Ernst's 
far-reaching interests in what is happening to our way of life, and 
why.  These excerpts are taken from correspondence with a young 
junior college professor from Texas who found Ernst's story 
compelling enough to contact him in prison to find out who he is.  A 
lively correspondence ensued, of which you get a glimpse this morning:

Your biologist/anthropologist friend's interest in prion diseases - 
i.e., Creutzfeld-Jacob disease, Chronic Wasting Syndrome, Mad Cow, 
Bovine Spongiform Encephalitis (BSE) is very interesting. He is a man 
of the utmost importance! I believe we are facing a crisis of 
"species survival," from this very corner. I am not exaggerating. As 
you get to know him better - probe his mind.  Do not frighten him 
off. The most important thing we need to get his input on is whether 
or not it might be possible to counter and/or defeat these diseases 
by way of a modified virus or some kind of genetic blocking device. 
This is absolutely paramount - or we may be one of the last 
generations alive and functional!  If you think you have been placed 
where you are today, as you said in your last letter, by Divine 
Providence - believe me, you could be right on target!

Somehow we have to find a way to reach a larger audience - getting 
the benefit of brainstorming. I believe thousands of doctors and 
health care practitioners should be exposed to your explanations. I 
have never heard them before.

You have a talent. I have told you that in the past.  You are far 
more than a college history instructor to a handful of disinterested 
students,  no matter how much you like the feeling it gives you. I 
like the feeling painting gives me through a finished watercolor or 
canvas.  However, it is fundamentally a selfish pleasure! We are in a 
cultural- biological crisis of the greatest gravity and magnitude! I 
feel guilty sitting there giving pleasure just to myself, watching a 
painting emerge that may make one bourgeois doctor and his wife happy 
with this labor of selfish love. That is why I think that numbered 
prints or limit-run copies of art are justifiable - otherwise I feel 
NERO-like, fiddling away as Rome burns, i.e. Western Civilization 
goes down the tube.

Ingrid and I had this dream of setting up a whole community of 
thinkers with a research library, music production center, lecture 
hall, etc. - a think tank for the "Out-Elite" - before my arrest. The 
gallery was supposed to have generated funds to realize that dream. 
Now that I am in the clutches of our enemy for the foreseeable future 
- I think we should concentrate on realizing this via Internet 
discussion groups, forums, whatever.

Take for instance your response to my introducing you to the ideas of 
Dr. Budwig and the brilliant Max Gerson and his medical treatments. 
You researched them and came back with information supporting their 
conclusions - things I have never heard of, amazing insights by you. 
Your information on heroin addiction, what it really means and how it 
works, were brilliant, in my opinion.

We should find a format that brings your contributions and the input 
of others like this biologist/anthropologist friend of yours to the 
table. One million visit the Zundelsite.  Eight million visit 
Rense.com each and every month. Were I free, we could bring attention 
to these matters via Internet radio and Internet television, but 
alas, our enemies keep this meant-to-be-soaring eagle earthbound - 
cooped up with turkeys and vultures, at least for the moment.

I'll try to include Ron Gostick's latest mail-out, because he once 
again was kind enough to include my letter to him, which is a nice 
update of the situation! It saves me pencil stubs. I can instead use 
them on drawings for Ingrid, because with all the Supreme Court 
preparation - possibly even in the US - the costs are going to climb 
steeply. At some point in time donor fatigue will set in. I know it. 
People will say to themselves, "Zundel has been sidelined, knocked 
out of the battle, I'll donate to someone else who is free and can 
act!"  I know my audience and the market I have.  That is why the 
drawings and now the upcoming book are a good idea.

We need to have a more broadly based supporter group. That is why I 
also wanted to get into music - CDs, DVDs, broadcasting again 
eventually. I try to make at least one original drawing each and 
every day - and if I take two or three days to write letters and am 
unable to draw - then I force myself to make two, three or four 
original drawings in one day. It comes in handy that I was a 
professional artist, not a weekend dabbler in painting. I have 
learned to force and discipline myself to make sketches and drawings 
even if I don't feel like it, because I know otherwise the lawyers 
don't get paid.   This discipline has been helpful, which I learned 
at the age of fourteen when I started my apprenticeship as an artist. 
I was so small and undernourished that I had to put two telephone 
books under my bum to reach up to the drawing table - but I took to 
my job like a duck to water! I loved every minute of it. I had to get 
up at 5 a.m. to make the first commuter train to the nearby city of 
Pforzheim, where over 17,000 Germans were killed in February 1945, a 
few days after Dresden. That is where I learned my trade.

I don't know if you knew that the inventor of the diesel engine, Dr. 
Diesel, whose invention threatened powerful steam and gasoline engine 
manufacturers - [some text missing here] but he boarded an ocean 
liner for America to promote his new motor and method, and that is 
the last anyone ever heard from him. The introduction of the diesel 
engine was set back by decades.

I know that the European Union is very seriously investigating cold 
fusion, which could theoretically produce unlimited energy cheaply 
and with far less problems than that associated with atomic energy. 
Denmark and Germany are the world's foremost users of wind-turbine 
produced electrical energy. Thirty-eight percent of Denmark's 
electricity is wind-generated, and Germany closely follows behind 
with 30 - 32% and climbing. Europe has to become fossil fuel 
independent very quickly, because in ten years the Chinese will be 
gobbling up as much oil as is presently produced worldwide per year, 
if the present pace of industrialization continues there, which seems 
likely.

That is why oil reserves, like those of Iraq and the Caspian Sea oil 
basin, are strategically so important. That is also why Israel has 
the world's fourth largest and most powerful military - they mean to 
lay their hands on some of those reserves, one way or another, by 
hook or by crook. Those who control the oil spigots can make or break 
societies within the next decade. Dictate the price of their exports 
- and it will completely change the strategic balance in the world. 
We will see many energy wars emerging.

The world is now where Germany was in 1939. The Germans needed to lay 
their hands on the nearest oilfields - the few wells in North and 
Eastern Germany were pitifully insufficient. Romania was of strategic 
importance - the area around Ploesti and the few wells around Lake 
Balaton in Hungary, which SS Panzer Divisions tried to hold onto as 
long as possible.  Ploesti was lost in 1944 - 1945. That is why the 
German Air force could not launch its far superior fighters and 
bombers, of which they had many hundreds hidden in forests and caves. 
They simply were out of "SPRIT,"  like Rommel two years earlier in 
North Africa.

By the end of the war, eighty-five percent all German vehicles, 
busses, cars, etc. were running on wood-chip produced  fuel we called 
"Holzvergaser!" Unfortunately, that fuel did not have enough 
available energy to move propeller-driven or jet aircraft and 
certainly not tank engines.

I was told by one of my brothers-in-law that he as a Hitler Youth was 
helping with three or four teams of oxen to physically drag Panthers 
and Tiger tanks into field positions, so that they might be utilized 
as artillery, using their 8.8 cm guns. Imagine if they had been able 
to move! That is one of the reasons I have always kept an eye on the 
energy situation and was keenly interested in alternate energy 
sources - but, strangely, I have a visceral, instinctual dislike of 
anything that has to do with atomic energy, which is indeed 
interesting, because the Jews were super-enamored with it from the 
beginning, from day one!

Odd, eh? Cosmic? Karmic?

Regarding J. Edgar Hoover - he was a man thoroughly "in time," like 
Churchill and Eisenhower. There are beings who simply exist in the 
here and now, like bottom feeding carp!
J. Edgar Hoover could have destroyed Communism, because it was a 
threat to the United States, [functioning] as a Trojan horse of an 
alien power long before the US and the USSR became Allies. Hoover 
could have - but he never did. Much of the Jewish influence and power 
arose from those Communist infiltrators, those cells established in 
the 1930s and 1940s under Roosevelt, which is what eventually made 
the complete subjugation of America possible.

Be cautious in all ways.  You are in occupied territory.
