Zgram - Where Truth is Destiny: Now more than ever!
February 8, 2009
Good Morning from the Zundelsite:
I must have heard about the "Last Battalion" some eight or nine years
ago when Ernst once said to me: "I have this awful feeling that we
are flushing the Last Battalion down the drain." He told me that
Hitler apparently predicted in one of his speeches that, although the
enemy might overwhelm and overrun Germany proper, " das letzte
Battalion, das wird ein deutsches sein!" The Last Battalion will be
a German one!
Ernst was referring to the rampant abortion practices in Western
countries, particularly in Germany where a slogan expresses the
flippant attitude of young women: "Mein Bauch gehört mir!" -
(translated: My belly belongs to me.) I always thought that was
crude and disrespectful of one of life's greatest mystery. Utterly
unfeminine!
Here Ernst writes of his youth to an influential author in Europe:
[START]
Like you, I only produced two children. My first wife came from a
large family of six, as did I. I had the nightmare of poverty and
[my father's] alcoholism - and applied the reproductive brakes. I
was remiss in my duty to the race. I was selfishly concerned with
economics, and because I sensed that my marriage was not made in
heaven so much as in the bedroom. Not "love" but hormones had been
the driving force and initial cement. I feared a possible
incompatibility, which came and eventually did cause the separation
and divorce.
I recognized too late that I should have produced more genetic
heritage for the race's combined gene pool. I tried to reconnect
with my wife, but by then the passion had subsided, and we went
separate ways.
Around that time I had read a number of German-language books by
authors like Paul Carrell, famous for his "Operation Barbarossa",
"Hitler moves East" etc. This author, whose real name was Paul
Schmidt, was for 30 years on my mailing list until he died.
Carrell had developed this concept, based on his research, that
virtually everywhere the Germans [at war] were thwarted by the lack
of reserves, especially in manpower. Lack of [ordinary] people was
the problem - not lack of geniuses, rocket scientists, generals or
officers. No - what was missing everywhere, from Murmansk to
Stalingrad, from the Caucasus to North Africa, were simply "hands
and feet", which he plaintively called "The Last Battalion." At the
critical moment, that Last Battalion would have invariably turned the
tide for the Germans - not unlike it seemingly is for the US in Iraq
today!
Carrell pointed out that Dietl on the Murmansk front missed only a
few hundred, at most one thousand men, who would have stopped the US
and British supplies flowing south on the Murmansk-Leningrad highway.
There were not enough men to keep blowing up the track - imagine
that! The same was true when the German army got to a place Tuape
(?) near the Baku oil fields when the Germans had crossed the
Caucasus Mountains and reached the palm trees, the gate way to Syria.
They had only 34 men left with one recoilless, parachutist type
grenade launcher, two machine guns, some German Mauser rifles and a
few Soviet machine pistols. They encountered no opposition and could
have swept south unopposed, creating panic and havoc in the ranks of
their enemies. But once again, that fateful Last Battalion was
missing - and the Germans had to retreat back over the Caucasus
Mountains, never to advance there again.
How often have I heard German soldiers recount to me the same tale of
woe: "We always were out of reserves! Reserves could have
stabilized many a situation and could have turned the fortunes of war
around - from Alexandria to Stalingrad to Normandie!"
I have been traumatized for four decades by this recurring vision or
nightmare that victory would have been in our grasp if we had had all
those babies [grown into men] so callously murdered in the wombs of
their mothers - and that God, Fate, or Destiny was going to punish us
collectively as a race and as a society for the selfish, heartless,
cynical murder of babies - the mass murder we allowed to be permitted
before our very eyes in our very own time and era. Committing, as it
were, self-genocide!
I still feel that way, and think about this issue every day of my
life. We need people. Our own kind. Lots of them!
I am afraid that abortion is so murderous a deed that only divine
retribution can assuage it, maybe against our future generations. I
firmly believe this. The only remedy and measure to rectify this at
the eleventh hour, to borrow a phrase, is to encourage - no, to
exhort! - all of our race within the sound of our voices to have
children, even if they are not going to be rocket scientists or
university graduates, as long as they are physically healthy and
stable in personality, sound in body and mind. We need plumbers,
carpenters, gardeners, electricians - we need bodies with hands and
feet to occupy critical areas of our territory, to hold the land. It
is ludicrous to think that we will forever live in a push-button
world. Look at those cut-off-from-reality Americans and Israelis in
Iraq and Palestine!
Their military doctrine, borrowed from Adolf Hitler's Blitzkrieg,
which they had the copy-cat nerve to call "Awe and Shock" swept
through the armed forces of Saddam's fourth-world, sanction-wrecked
army. Were the Iraqis overly impressed? Are the Palestinians
paralyzed by Israeli brutality? The answer is a clear and resounding
No!
Now that the Israelis and the Americans are within reach of their
hurled rocks, bricks, and crow bars - or primitive World War II
weaponry like Kalatschnikows - their ammo is as deadly as if they
were fighting the Battle of the Alamo of the 1940s. Why? Because of
[numbers] - the "battaile de la creche", the Battle of the Cradle the
French-Canadians successfully fought against the English settlers in
Canada until they abandoned it for the anti-baby pill in the 1960s.
The Iraqis and the Muslims world-wide, the Palestinians, Chinese, and
Indians - and not to forget the Mexicans and Blacks in America - are
winning their war against Whitey by their loins. Not blue blood
quality. Numbers!
Let me illustrate why I think the way I think. Had my German
ancestors acted as self-centeredly as I did, the following people
would never have been born and history would have turned out far, far
differently:
Richard Wagner - the last of 9 children
Field Marshall von Blücher - the last of 7 children
Johann Sebastian Bach - the 8th of 12 children
Frederick the Great - the 4th of 14 children
Franz Schubert - the 12th of 14 children
Robert Koch - the 3rd of 13 children
Joseph Haydn - the 3rd of 12 children
Karl Maria von Weber - the 9th of 10 children
Werner von Siemens - the 4th of 14 children
Eduard Möricke - the 7th of 13 children
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart - the last of 7 children
Immanuel Kant - the 4th of 9 children
Robert Schumann - the last of 5 children
Otto von Bismarck - the 4th of 6 children.
We who say we are part of the solution to our people's problems
better wake up to the fact that regardless of all the nice, erudite
words, party programs, flyers, pamphlets, books, CDs, videos and
fiery speeches - not one will be as important as the children we have
produced ourselves or can still persuade others to produce long after
we are past our own reproductive capacity in this lifetime. As
desirable as is the improvement of the quality of our gene pool as an
abstract goal - there won't be any gene pool left to improve if we
don't watch it and begin to breed enough carriers for our genes.
