ZGram - Where Truth is Destiny: Now more than ever!

January 31, 2004

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

This morning I received the letter below. But before I let you read
it, I want to report something truly interesting here. A Canadian
radio station had requested an interview with Ernst. As you all
know, he is not allowed to speak to reporters - mygod, we cannot let
that happen, right? His story might get out! - but I still sent it
to him to brighten his outlook a bit.

Ernst then talked to a friend (collect!) who informed him that this
radio station had had Andreas von Buelow on for a long three-hour
interview already - and guess what! - the entire radio station was
yanked from the air! Not only that, their website was wiped out in
cyberspace without even a notice to him.

Now who is Andreas von Buelow, and why should the Canadian censors
panic like that? He is a former Minister of, I believe, Intelligence
- I am not sure of his official title; I do know that he is the
former head of the Vaterland's spy business and such. Von Buelow is
a man of courage. He has written two books on 9/11, and he makes no
secret of the fact that he believes 9/11 was an "inside job" with the
coaching, aiding and abetting of our "friends"!

Now I have said for quite some time that Ernst's enemies have bigger
problems to worry about than the bedeviled Holocaust, fort when I
look into my crystal ball, it looks to me as though the terrorist
attack came from our Neighbors in the North.

Why do I think that? Guessing. My intuition tells me that because
that country is a Marxist/Zionist nest writ large. Remember all the
faked passports?

We shall await developments.

Here now is Letter # 3 in response to the anonymous Toronto Star
editorial, with a copy from the writer to Charles Adler, host of
Adler-On-Line, CJOB Winnipeg:

START]

By advocating immediate deportation, the Toronto Star joins the
government in encouraging anti-Semitism through the public whipping
of Ernst Zundel.

Zundel is the 65 year old Holocaust denier who has been held in
solitary confinement for a year on a certificate from the Minister of
Immigration that he is a danger to national security. The judge,
former federal Solicitor General Pierre Blais, has refused a request
for a writ of Habeas corpus and ruled Zundel must be held for another
six months.

Other than the minister's certificate, which was issued subsequent to
a secret trial where neither Zundel nor his lawyer were present,
Zundel's only legal defeat in 42 years of residency in Canada was a
year 2000 Human Rights tribunal finding that a web site owned by
Zundel's wife promoted hatred against Jews. In order to obtain this
pale victory the tribunal issued the infamous "Truth is no defence"
ruling.

"Truth is no defence" in a hate case opens the possibility that it is
illegal to broadcast hate-filled statements about people even if
those people deserve to be hated. The Zundel decision thus implies
Jews may have done hateful things.

Combine this unintended conclusion with the harshness of the penalty
applied to the pacifist publisher. Endless solitary confinement and
a secret trial suggest the feds believe Zundel is very likely to
succeed in inflaming public sentiment. But is this because the
accused is such a successful purveyor of hate, or is it because Jews
are doing extremely hateful things? The question arises as a
consequence of the government's unfair proceedings and irrational
rulings.

Canada should abolish Human Rights censorship of free speech and it
should end Star Chamber legal proceedings. Then Canadians can see
Ernst Zundel in the perspective he deserves.

Gordon Pratt
