ZGram - Where Truth is Destiny: Now more than ever!
October 15, 2003
Good Morning from the Zundelsite:
Today's and tomorrow's ZGram will deal with our experience with
attorneys and with new legal initiatives planned to be coming up.
Readers have asked me many times where I see our struggle heading. I
don't know at this point. It will largely depend on how foolish and
cocky our enemies are. They have more choices than we do - one of
them being that they could just let Ernst come home. In the long
run, for them and for us, that would be the cheapest solution.
If I were in their shoes, with all the trouble they already have,
world-wide, with being linked to 9/11, with spying on their allies,
with being lumped in the same barrel with the detested neo-cons
responsible for an exceedingly unpopular war, I'd seriously consider
it. Their war is playing now on many, many global fronts - the
Zundel war is just a mini-war. For them! For us, of course, it's
everything - and we will be fighting it with dignity and honor.
If they keep on pushing and pushing, we are going to have a Great
Holocaust Trial # 3 right here in the United States. It will be the
Mother of all Holocaust Trials - you may be sure of it! The time for
that is overripe.
It's now been 20 years since Sabina Citron was foolish enough to
launch the Great Holocaust Trial # 1, charge Ernst with "spreading
false news" and have the Canadian government take over to spare the
Jewish millionairess to have to pay for it herself. It's been
fifteen years since Holocaust Trial # 2 in 1988 resulted in the
all-important Leuchter Report. Since then, awareness of the
so-called Holocaust as one of the biggest hoaxes of the past century,
and Ernst Zundel's role in it, has penetrated just about every area
of public life - and not only in the Western countries. Millions now
know. Millions and millions and millions!
Just an illustrative example: A tenth grade high school student in
Ontario contacted the Zundelsite two days ago:
"Hello, I am a student in 10th grade, and doing some research for the
Zundel Case. In class we are having a make-believe court house. I
was assigned the task of a "lawyer", in the defense of Zundel and
proving his sentence was unjust."
I queried who this student was, and I received this reply:
"Hi again, you wanted to know some more information about me. My
name is Aditi Kantipuly, and I'm in grade 10. This class that I'm
doing this project for is called Academic Encounters (civics and
careers). I attend Lord Elgin High School, which is located in
Burlington, Ontario."
Tenth graders. In a publlc high school. The future is already here!
So if our enemies want to alert the American public to the findings
of revisionism via yet another trial - well, let them be our guests!
Since the Leuchter Report, there are now all kinds of findings that
have been flushed to the surface through diligent revisionist
research that we can use and publicize. If it really comes to that,
chances are it will be a class action suit - with many people joining
because of the exceedingly harmful Holocaust brain-washing of very
young children that is routinely going on. The harm that comes to
young minds through this kind of indoctrination is crying to be
exposed. One example comes to mind that happened in a school in
either Idaho or Iowa - I'd have to look it up! - where 8-year-old
children were actually required to have a brown paper bag put over
their heads to simulate "gassing". I can tell you from my training
as an educational psychologist that that is sadistic child abuse -
and once professionals will point that out, America is going to
rethink their attutudes regarding "teaching" children about the
so-called "Holocaust"!
Another avenue, if Ernst is not allowed to come back home, would be
that I would launch my own lawsuit as the wronged wife who had her
husband kidnapped. I haven't yet seriously looked into that - but it
is a possibility. After all, what happened was bizarre and is a
public interest story!
In fact, we talked about that very early, when Ernst was still in the
Blount County Jail. Pertaining to that possibility, Ernst shared
some observations and concerns regarding finding the right legal team
for that approach - which shall be today's portion of the Prisoner of
Conscience Letter.
This excerpt came from a letter dated February 15, 2003:
[START]
"Now to your plan about you being the aggrieved wife. I agree - I
think it is brilliant and far more media-genic and saleable. I also
agree we need to disengage from movement lawyers for such a lawsuit
[and] get libertarians or human rights lawers involved. It would
shift the focus where it does belong - we are husband and wife, are
steadily growing together, are fond and respectful of one another,
and have a right to be together. (...)
You are dead on target about committees of lawyers. I have little
confidence in wasting time and certainly [not] our hard-earned money
for such an iffy campaign. They will say exactly what you said, in
exactly the same words. I have gone over that scenario on Canada
with [a Canadian attorney] a thousand times. (...)
[Then Ernst goes into canvassing several of the many attorneys we
have known for many years]
Take a look at who we have:
[Attorney # 1] The wild comments he is known for will reflect on us
badly, for we will be known by the company we keep. What do you
think?
[Attorney # 2] Ineffectual. Straw fire. No follow-through after
all is said and done.
[Attorney # 3] Likewise "kein Kämpfer". [trans. no warrior ]
Flabby. Nice and kind to be sure, but again more at home in the
boardroom than in the courtroom.
[Attorney # 4] I have no faith in [his] money handling ability. I
think he is a nice guy but a lousy lawyer, even though his heart is
in it.
Really tough, serious litigation is, unfortunately, not the strength
of any of our friends. My hope rests with [Attorney # 5, a
well-known woman author] Let the pupils learn at her feet.
Ingrid, when it comes to serious litigation, it is light fighting a
war. We rely on professional, well-trained, disciplined soldiers to
carry the main fight forward, and the others are "advanced amateurs"
- Hilfstruppen [trans. helper troops ] HIWIS, we used to call them
in World War II. They helped lessen the load for our SS troops and
crack-Wehrmacht divisions. I have long ago learned, Ingrid, that
cheap is not always cheap!
We have to do what I did [in 1984] - Try 13 different lawyers until
finally Doug [Christie] and Barbara [Kulaszka] arrived at the scenes!
No collection of prima donnas all disagreeing with [each other]. I
do not believe in committees of anything, least of all lawyers. So
please, Ingrid, tell [Attorney # 4] we will not be underwriting such
an open-ended effort.
