ZGram - Where Truth is Destiny: Now more than ever!

March 23, 2003

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

I need your help. There will be an immigration hearing regarding
Ernst's deportation from the US to Canada on March 31, 2003. We need
some US-based media there.

I ask each and every one of you to send the News Alert below to at
least one prominent news source - be it your city paper, your
favorite columnist, an energetic commentator, your television
station, your network radio, your alternative media. It is okay to
contact your local media - they are going to pass on the story. It
is more effective if they do it - rather than you.

Please be creative. Contact at least one media source! It is
extremely important! Faxes work better than email. Please do it now!

News Alert - Breaking Story...

HUSBAND HELD AS HOSTAGE...FOR A WEBSITE?

Ingrid Rimland and Ernst Zundel have been married for three years.
Rimland is a one-time child psychologist who made a name for herself
as an award-winning ethnic novelist. Zundel is a noted artist - and
controversial human rights activist.

"If somebody smashes your window," says Rimland, "there is a
consequence. There will be punishment. Law enforcement will be on
your side. If you are politically incorrect and somebody smashes
your marriage, there is no recourse whatsoever. Your husband will be
snatched from you and barred from the United States for - get this! -
twenty years!"

Zundel, who lived in Canada for more than four decades before his
marriage to Rimland, is a high-profile publisher and broadcaster
best known for having initiated the first ever forensic
investigations of Auschwitz and other Third Reich concentration camps
- and for his highly publicized Free Speech Holocaust Trials spanning
decades. Rimland runs a website called the Zundelsite, one of the
best-known historical revisionist websites.

"My husband can't come back to live with me in the United States for
the next twenty years" says Rimland. "He has been given a medieval
sentence - without a judge, without a jury, without an arrest warrant
even. Ten years for having missed an immigration hearing! Ten years
for having overstayed his visa. Am I still living in America - or am
I living in the Soviet Union?"

Rimland is a United States citizen. Her website, www.zundelsite.org
, has been the target of repeated censorship attempts by Canada and
Germany. Her husband, says Rimland, has now been taken hostage to
force her to take the Zundelsite down.

"My husband's arrest was a political hit," Rimland says. "We fought
Canadian censorship for five long years before one of those atrocious
so-called "Human Rights" Tribunals - and gave up only after Truth was
declared to be no longer a defense."

Since their marriage in 2000, they lived quietly among congenial
neighbors in the hills of Tennessee - until three Immigration agents,
accompanied by local law enforcement officials, came roaring up their
driveway, spread-eagled Zundel brutally against a truck, snapped
handcuffs on his wrists and whisked him away. Zundel is presently
held in a maximum security setting in Canada, where he has asked for
asylum as a political refugee.

Both Zundel and Rimland insist they did everything they were
instructed to do by their immigration attorney to secure permanent
residence for Zundel after their marriage in January of 2000.

"This country is crawling with illegal immigrants," Rimland says.
"My husband was here legally. Our papers were being processed. We
had no warning that this arrest was planned or imminent. We were not
allowed to call an attorney, although we both requested it. Are we
allowed to doubt the Holy Ghost - but not the Holocaust?"

"US public officials were used shamelessly" claims Rimland, "to act
as hit squads for the Canadian Jewish Lobby. As far as I am
concerned, this immigration charge is just a fig leaf for nefarious
powers to hide behind. My husband has been kidnapped to force me to
give up free speech."

What is behind this story? What caused this unusual arrest?

If you are an American reporter, a Free Speech advocate, or a patriot
concerned with the erosion of the Constitution, find out by attending
a scheduled immigration hearing on March 31, 2003 at the Niagara
Falls Immigration and Refugee Board, 6080 McCleod Road, Room 15,
Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
