ZGram - Where Truth is Destiny

July 12, 2002

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

This is to alert you to a new website that might be of great interest
to many. I barely skimmed it, but I know I will need to go back.

For now, a press release to give you a feel where this website and
the group it represents is heading:

[START}

July 3, 2002 : UQ Press Release & Citizens' Alert: For Immediate &
Wide Release :

UnansweredQuestions.org, the citizens' group behind June 10th 9/11
Conference at the National Press Club, launches Citizens'
Investigative Commission on 9/11 and Activism Plan.

On Sunday, June 30th, during an radio interview broadcast nationally
on XM Satellite Radio ("On with Leon"), UnansweredQuestions.org (UQ)
announced a global initiative to form a "Citizens' Investigative
Commission on 9/11." In doing so, UQ acknowledges the power of the
internet, growing numbers skeptical of the official 9/11 story and
increasing calls for answers and accountability.

This is one part of a two-fold strategy now being launched by the
ad-hoc citizens group. The second part is a UQ Activism Campaign that
will parallel the Citizens' Commission making a 9/11 investigation a
critical issue in key races during an election year while supporting
the call for an open and aggressive independent Congressional
investigation.

Since September 11th, tens of thousands of independent investigators,
researchers and concerned citizens have grown into a veritable army
of truth seekers--a virtual "people's investigative network." They
have taken up the challenge of shedding light on the murkier, as yet
unexamined aspects of the events of, and surrounding, September 11,
2001.

In the face of apparent government deception and cover-up; bolstered
by a growing number of damning whistleblower revelations, this
informal citizens' investigation is gathering momentum and evidence
of possible guilt beyond bureaucratic incompetence or lack of
inter-agency communication. UQ notes that no one has yet been held
accountable (indeed failure and incompetence has been rewarded) and
that the 'War on Terror' has become a 'War on Freedom' as the U.S.
Constitution and the Bill of Rights is undermined.

UnansweredQuestions recognizes that there are some 'urban myths' and
wildly speculative conspiracy theories on the web and elsewhere.
However, the group maintains that to 'paint with broad brush strokes
" or dismiss the whole community as fringe conspiracy theorists is an
unfair mischaracterization and does an injustice to concerned
citizens, professional investigators and 9/11 families intent on
learning the truth. Finding answers and demanding accountability, UQ
maintains, will ultimately help to prevent future attacks.

Nevertheless, UQ believes that unwarranted and distracting
speculation can, and should be put to rest simply by insisting that
questions are fully answered, and theories debunked or corroborated,
sooner rather than later. Refusal by the media, including C-SPAN, to
fairly report on, or cover, the issues and questions outlined below;
recurring delays and problems faced by the special House/Senate
Select Committee's investigation and a major shortfall of votes in
Congress for an independent commission necessitates a national,
grass-roots citizen's response.

Toward that end UQ is offering to facilitate a two-fold strategy
combining a concerted citizen activism campaign with a credible and
legitimate 'peoples' investigation.'

UQ proposes two parallel Citizens' Investigative Commissions on 9/11,
one in the US and one abroad.

UQ invites organizations and individual to endorse the Initiative and
to collaborate in the formulation of Commission guidelines. And UQ
asks interested parties to contact the group directly. Guidelines and
further announcements will be forthcoming and be posted online at UQ
and with other cooperating organizations.

In the meantime, UQ offers a starting point of 11 topics for talking
points and questions that must be addressed by any credible
investigation into the events of September 11th and used in lobbying
key members of Congress, candidates and the media.

UnansweredQuestions.org has made available written transcripts ,
audio archives (RealAudio and MP3) and hard copy video of its launch
event, 9/11 and the Public Safety: Seeking Answers and
Accountability; held at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
on June 10th.

Disclaimer: UQ has currently no funding source; no one is on salary
or profiting financially. Sales of videotapes currently help offset
some costs associated with furthering the goals of UQ. Links and
source material on the UQ site will be updated and appended in order
to build the strongest case and to best advance the initiative for a
Citizens' Commission.

Thanks all those who have contributed to the process of uncovering
the truth of 9/11.
