ZGram - Where Truth is Destiny
Herewith three housekeeping items:
The galleys of Ernst's book, Setting the Record Straight,
have already arrived, been checked, and sent back. The printer I am using is
superb! I think with some luck we might get the book in 2 weeks!
Thanks to all of you who pre-ordered! It allowed me to
increase the first printing by 200%. The rest of you will have to pay retail
price, at $15 per copy, still a bargain. I am keeping the price low so that
I can sell as many copies as the traffic will bear.

Secondly, June 11th is the date for the oral presentation in
the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeal in Cincinnati. If you are media, or if you
are in the area - IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, ATTEND! This is a history-making case,
and what will be decided is whether or not we can dislodge Ernst from the
claws of the Korrupt Kanadian Kommissars.
To put it another way, we are arging that Ernst was denied
every single basic right he was entitled to - shamelessly! As our brief
says, the Zundel case shocks the conscience! Ernst was treated like the
worst of criminals, hauled off in chains, thrown into four prisons, treated
abominably, and never allowed to present the facts as they occurred and are
meticulously documented.
We are asking the judge to let him come back to Tennessee,
in chains if necessary, to be allowed to tell an American judge exactly what
happened. The presentation itself will only last 15 minutes - that's all the
time we are allowed! - but presumably the three judges on our panel will
have read the brief and will not have relied on some clerk of the Chosenite
persuasion to tell them what it says.
I am not holding my breath that Ernst's return will be
allowed, for we now know for certain that even courts on both sides of the
border have aided in his kidnapping and are certainly kowtowing to the
powers that be in keeping him in solitary - but history is going to be made,
one way or another.

Third, I want to report to my global readership that the
Zundelsite is being maliciously stalked by the Canadian Human Rights
Commission. That's right - isn't that a wonderful headline -"Stalker
after Zundelsite" or some such?
Right after Ernst was arrested, there was havoc at Zundel-Haus
Tennessee, as you can well imagine - so when we were dumped by a giant
server, QWest, I simply did not have the energy or time to do much about it.
My webmaster and I simply packed up and went elsewhere - but not for long!
We soon learned that someone nefarious had smeared us again - and again we
packed up and found another friendly server, hoping that it was a server
with a spine. It might even have happened a third time - I'm not quite sure
on technical details, this never having been my forte.
At any rate, eventually we landed in Cyber Oasis and could
cool our aching bones.
Now, after some struggle and fierce Freedom of Information
requests, we finally received copies of the smear letters sent out by the
Canadian Human Rights Commission, claiming that there was a Federal Court
order out against the Zundelsite - not quite correct, as I understand it,
but then Truth is not exactly a favorite concept for those Holocaust
racketeers and their minions.
What had happened, unbeknownst to us in Tennessee, was that
sometime in the fall of 2002, probably in preparation for Ernst's
kidnapping, somebody ran to the Federal Court and registered a complaint
against Ernst and ANYBODY ACTING IN CONCERT with him. (!)
Can you imagine the chutzpah?! Wife acting in concert with
husband? Or maybe vice versa - to keep the record straight?
Well. You know that story, don't you? Those creeps in that
misnamed "Human Rights" outfit would never let me testify, even
though I was in court in Canada, having flown there at my own expense, that
it was MY website, had always BEEN my website, would always BE my website -
and that the Canadian censors could just go fly a kite! They even said as
much in their summation - that had I testified, there would not have been a
5-year-long Human Rights hearing! Some shysters know how to create
themselves jobs!
I have to consult my attorneys and my "war chest"
if we can afford to do something about this stalking matter - but on the
lighter side, let me just tell you that we found a server with some guts.
Here is his letter, signed by his General Counsel, with
names carefully redacted so that a howling bunch of Holocaust aficionados
doesn't immediately make life miserable for him with non-stop harassing
phone calls, one of their favorite pastimes. But I will let you read the
letter, dated June 19, 2004, written by a man of principle - ignore the
obligatory politically correct bow :

This will acknowledge receipt of the above-referenced
letter, in which you ask our company to act to enforce an order of the
Federal Court of Canada with respect to the www.zundelsite.org website,
which currently resides on our servers.
Although our personal sympathies clearly lie with the
Commission in this matter, it is appropriate to point out that our
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which your letter attempts to invoke, expressly
limits its scope to "applicable law" (emphasis added). We are
therefore in a position ot weigh applicability.
As the Federal Court of Canada has no jurisdiction in North
Carolina, where our servers are located, or in Tennessee where our customer
resides, that Court's order is not "applicable law" within the
meaning of our AUP.
We do not rely on jurisdictional issues alone, however. To
the extent that the order of the Federal Court of Canada and its basis in
Section 13(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act are antithetical to the free
speech rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution, no American
court will enforce the order or the act. In this regard, you may wish to
refer to Yahoo! Inc.v. La ligue contre le racisme et l'antisemitisme, et.
al., 145F. Supp. 2d 1168 (N.D. Ca., 2001).
