The world's Closet Revisionists ought to take heart: The Times of London of April 10, 2001 reports that viewers are turned off in huge numbers by so-called "Nazi documentaries."
The two first paragraphs read:
"THE glut of Nazi-based history series is starting to dent the ratings of one of television's most bankable genres.
"Channel 4's recently aired series Science and the Swastika, which followed hard on the heels of its Nazi Women, has achieved less than half the broadcaster's normal audience share. Its final episode last week attracted just 1.1 million viewers and an audience share of 4 per cent compared with Channel 4's average of 10per cent. The series achieved an average 7 per cent share. Channel 5's Hitler's Henchmen has suffered from clashing on Sunday nights with the BBC2 reshowing of The World at War, the definitive series in the genre. Channel 5's German-made documentaries have been attracting just 800,000 viewers and a share of 3 per cent; its normal audience share is above 6 per cent."
I never read the comics and, therefore, am not up on which are widely read. I do know many people got and still get their political "education" from simplistic messages as they appear in comic strips, which used to be published 50 million strong each week.
Forever have the German people been denigrated through these vicious comics. The Zundelsite has many samples to illustrate the point.
One "BC" comic strip, slated to appear today, has done a switcheroo, and the Traditional Enemy is howling. The strip depicts the seven candles of a menorah burning out, one by one, as the last seven words of Jesus are recited.
In the last panel of the comic strip, the entire menorah, representing the Jewish religion, is replaced by a Christian cross. If you don't see it in the paper, go take a look at http://sites.netscape.net/sfarney2/johnnyhart.html while you can.
I think that image is just wishful thinking, but it is still indicative of the resistance that is building globally against the overpowering attack on Christianity.
The 87-year-old Anti-Defamation League took a bad hit last year when a jury awarded a 10.5 million defamation suit to a gentile couple embroiled in an argument with neighborhood Jews.
The ADL contested the verdict - and ended up getting it on the nose twice. A federal judge in Denver has ruled that by labeling a nasty neighborhood feud as an example of "anti-Semitism", the organization had ". . . endorsed and publicized the bigotry accusations of a Jewish couple against its neighbors without either investigating the case or weighing the consequences," according to an April 13, 2001 article in Forward, the New York Jewish Weekly.
A quote:
"The ADL seized an opportunity to aggrandize itself as the defender of the Jews by unjustly accusing a middle-class couple of being anti-Semitic crooks," said Jay Horowitz, the Quigleys' Denver-based lawyer. "And all along, they showed an unbelievable arrogance."
In the same issue of the Forward, we read that the Shoah Museum is ". . . in turmoil over bid to oust chief," - the chief being one Rabbi Irving "Yitz" Greenberg, who ". . . was fighting for his reputation and his public life this week after a group of members of the museum's governing council demanded that he step down over his role in the Marc Rich pardon affair."
Here you have more fall-out from the notorious "Marc Rich Pardon" scandal. While the issues themselves are kept murky, one reads between the lines that there is conflict between ". . . the museum's first and foremost as an American institution, with less responsibility to address Jewish themes" and those who have shamelessly used that museum to force world leaders to get on their knees before the so-called "Holocaust."
Well, that is splitting hairs. That Museum of Invented Horrors was never an American institution. It was and is a blatant propaganda factory against the Gentile world, especially the Germans, and on behalf of Zionism.
And now it turns out that not only Abe Foxman urged Marc Rich's pardon, as we were first made to believe. Rabbi Greenberg's opponents claim that Greenberg, too, ". . . entangled the Museum in a political controversy inimical to its mission" when he wrote to President Clinton last year on museum stationery to urge a pardon for Mr. Rich, the controversial crookster and fugitive tax-cheat.
The British-based Electronic Telegraph of 10 April 2001 reports that an
orthodox Jewish rabbi, Ovadia Yossef, provoked outrage with a sermon in which he
reportedly said:
"It is forbidden to be merciful to [Arabs]. You must send missiles to them
and annihilate them. They are evil and damnable. May the Holy Name visit
retribution on the heads of the Arabs and cause their seed to be lost."
In the past the rabbi, a spokesman for the Shas party, has called the Palestinians "vipers" and other unflattering names.
Many readers, upset over the human rights abuses so prevalent in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, are eagerly awaiting a Palestinian-proposed resolution at the U.N. Commission on Human Rights in Geneva which the Israeli Foreign Ministry has already criticized as "very radical," according to the Israeli daily Ha'aretz.
The resolution, described as explicit in the extreme, states that Israel's actions in the West Bank and Gaza Strip are war crimes.
Will we see Nuremberg next, with the same "principles" finally applied to post-war war criminals that were applied at Nuremberg?
Revisionism rears its doubting head in various religious studies. For instance, the story of "Baby Moses" is under revisionist scrutiny.
According to a Los Angeles Times Reporter, TERESA WATANABE:
"For centuries, the biblical account of the Exodus has been revered as the founding story of the Jewish people, sacred scripture for three world religions and a universal symbol of freedom that has inspired liberation movements around the globe. "But did the Exodus ever actually occur?"
On the principle of "Full retreat forward!" one Rabbi David Wolpe raised that provocative question before 2,200 faithful at a temple in Westwood, a suburb of Los Angeles.
"The truth is that virtually every modern archeologist who has investigated the story of the Exodus, with very few exceptions, agrees that the way the Bible describes the Exodus is not the way it happened, if it happened at all," said Rabbi Wolpe.
The articles goes on to say that
". . . archeologists say there is no conclusive evidence that the Israelites were ever in Egypt, were ever enslaved, ever wandered in the Sinai wilderness for 40 years or ever conquered the land of Canaan under Joshua's leadership."
Another 4,000 year old "Holocaust" - which never happened?
There is hope yet for a billion Christians the world over to become Revisionists!
