"I Think I Can . . . I Think I Can . . . I Think I Can!" The Little Engine That Could. That was my favorite story when I first learned to read. I still remember leaning forward over the words, as if I was actually leaning into the hillside, physically urging the Little Engine up the steep track. I was also told throughout my childhood that I should never use the word "can't." I was raised to believe that anything is possible if one just sets one's mind to it.
Through the Truth Seeking Missiles I set out on an ambitious project to bring together the many different factions, groups, individuals and nationalities that have been maligned, treated unjustly, physically assaulted and nearly silenced by The Bully. The Bully is Zionism in all of its forms and in all of its attacks on our memories, our freedoms, our Christian and Muslim faiths and our individual national identities. The Bully appears huge and unstoppable because so many of us have been cowed into not trusting one another in our mutual defense, but The Bully is really just that: An over-inflated farce that must rant and rave in the face of reason, that cannot face the truth at any cost and which CAN be brought down if we all work together in a mutual defense of truth, justice and freedom.
I was told by many that I could not take the historical revisionist message into the mainstream. Historical revisionists have been so maligned, denigrated and persecuted by The Bully through mass media that their reputations have been destroyed and their lives made miserable. Why? Because they demand the truth and The Bully can't face the truth. They demand exactitude and The Bully requires mystery. Instead of coming forward and proving its claims, The Bully has managed to have the truth outlawed in Germany, Canada, Australia, Israel, Lebanon, France, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Greece and now maybe even Jordan! That's right. The Bully is so afraid of historical revisionists that it has lobbied sovereign nations to outlaw them - silence them - rather than attempt to refute their scholarly findings. Slap them with a malignant label, "hateful, anti-Semitic, racist holocaust deniers," put them in jail and throw away the key. Kind of like digging a trench around a peaceful Palestinian village, wouldn't you think?
I was told by many that historical revisionists couldn't work with Arab scholars because they, too, are shy about being associated with "anti-Semitic racist deniers." Who wouldn't be? It can sound the death knell for one's career and public reputation. But the Arabs are defying The Bully on their own turf - so it made sense to me that we should be pulling together instead of separately, and indeed we now learn that the Arabs are working more and more with historical revisionists. As witnessed just yesterday, Jordanian scholars stepped up to the podium, in defiance of their government, in a united defense of truth, justice and freedom.

I was told by many that I couldn't work with Protestant Christians or Catholics to battle The Bully because most Protestant Christians are Dispensationalists - i.e. really Christian Zionists. I was likewise told that Catholics are burdened with media-induced, Bully-generated guilt about Pope Pius XII's alleged role in not defending the Jews against the Nazis. When I mentioned in one of my previous Missiles that I am Catholic, I heard from scores of Catholics, including the editors of two scholarly Catholic periodicals, who do not share the general guilt and have not been bullied into meek submission. We are forging ahead in disseminating information in defense of truth, justice and freedom. The Christian News has published several of my essays.

I was told that to challenge The Bully as an ally of those who decry the unrelenting defamation and lies about the German people, both of WWII and of today, would be to throw my lot in with "racist neo-Nazis." I found most of these negatively stereotyped "racist neo-Nazis" to be citizens of the highest character, well informed, judicious and unswerving in their defense of truth, justice and freedom. They terrify The Bully.

I was told by many that you can't demand justice and a real peace for the Palestinians without diluting the Cause against The Bully. I was told that the Palestinians are a side issue and that to defend Palestinians against The Bully's murderous deeds takes people off track. Again I disagreed. There are Americans who thirst for the truth about the fifty-year genocide against the Palestinian people and who have jumped into the fray, now knowing more truth than lies, to demand our Congress to de-fund The Bully and force it back to the 1948 "borders." Professors have contacted me and clergymen have written, urging me to keep the Palestinian plight out in the light of day - and I will continue to do so. Exposing The Bully's genocide and theft of Palestine has strengthened our resolve and increased our numbers, all in defense of truth, justice and freedom.
The Bully's adversaries are coming together. We're working as one with one goal: To take The Bully down! I'm so sure of our impending success that I'm going to break my own rule about never saying "can't."
