It's raining good news like Revisionist manna from heaven!
The once slim folders containing mainstream articles with a clearly revisionist slant are bulging at the seams. What not that long ago amounted to a few sheets a month are now piles of lengthy articles, especially about the Holocaust as a racket and its use as a deliberate Zionist policy tool.
Middle East countries are realizing finally that if the promotion of the Holocaust is useful to Zionism and Israel, then questioning it, or even denying that it ever happened - on the strength of available evidence! - must be useful as a foreign policy tool for their countries.
This is a very recent development - but I predict that the European countries, especially Germany, Switzerland and Austria, cannot be far behind. It is only a matter of time until they will utter the Faurissonian mantra: "Show me or draw me a gas chamber!"

Renewing its denial of the Holocaust, Syria has said that Nazi gas chambers were an Israeli invention.
In an article published on Monday, the government's English-language Syria Times said that the Holocaust was one of what it called Israel's ''myths.''

The Syrians are picking up on the French convert to Mohammedanism, Roger Garaudy's, title of the "Founding Myths of Zionism", which has become a runaway bestseller in the Arab World.

''Since the invention of this word (Holocaust), they (the Israelis) have been living on it and blackmailing the world,'' the paper said. The Holocaust only existed in the minds of ''Israeli terrorists like (former prime minister) Yitzhak Shamir, (Shas leader) Ovadia Yosef and others.''

It is unclear to many Revisionists why these two Israelis were singled out, since the exploitation of the Holocaust started way back with Nahum Goldman twisting German Chancellor Adenauer's arm, and has continued unabated ever since.

The article, however, acknowledged that furnaces existed in camps, but that they were created to prevent ''the spread of diseases and the infestation of lice.''
''Actually typhoid, cholera and malaria were attacking some camps, so burning bodies was the best way to prevent the spread of epidemics,'' the paper said.

This is a quote from a Syrian source and came from someone either ignorant of English or having used a mechanical translation program which distorts, misspells and misleads certain phrases or sentences - sometimes almost beyond recognition. The writer had the right ideas, but the rest...is awful! (Sorry!)

As for gas chambers, the daily quoted a French historian it identified as Henry Rock as saying that there were no doubt that the gas chambers existed at detention camps ''but there are grave doubts that they were used to kill. Apparently these gas chambers only existed for purification ... clothes and personal tools were put inside in order to sterilize them from germs.''

The French historian's name is Henry Rocques. And not "germs" - disease-bearing lice were gassed!
AP:
''From all these crystal facts, we strongly believe that gas chambers were not used for the burning of Jews,'' the daily concluded.

Crematories were used to dispose of victims of diseases and epidemics, not gas chambers!
AP:
As many as six million Jews are believed to have perished at the hands of the Nazis during World War II.

This is your traditional, by now archaic lapdog media reflex, regurgitating the obligatory "six million Jews gassed." Associated Press writers ought to get with the times!

The article above was followed up by another World Tribune article yesterday, posted on http://www.worldtribune.com/tout-3.html titled "Syria's Assad denies holocaust":
NICOSIA -- The regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad says the Holocaust never took place.
The government daily Syria Times, an English-language publication meant for the diplomatic community in Syria, wrote on Wednesday that the Nazis during World War II did not operate gas chambers or kill Jews. The gas chambers, the daily wrote, "are only in the minds of Jewish terrorists like Yitzhak Shamir and Ovadia Yosef."

Evidently this is a spin-off of the article above, since again Shamir and Yosef are being mentioned. However, one wonders what those diplomatic dispatches must read like, arriving at White Hall, at the State Department etc. - and what fits the German Foreign Ministry must have with all those sizzling "No Nazi Gas Chambers" messages?!

Shamir was Israel's prime minister during the 1980s. Yosef is the spiritual leader of the Shas party. The Syria Times termed Yosef a "snake," in reference to his remarks against Palestinians last month.

They like their metaphors colorful and descriptive in the Middle East!
AP:
The denial of the Holocaust was the first published in a Syrian government newspaper since Assad took over from his late father in June. The 34-year-old Assad has pledged to reform and modernize the country.

Sit up and listen! This must mean that it is modern and trendy at least to this university-trained Syrian leader to deny the existence of Nazi gas chambers employed to kill Jews!
AP:
Among the reforms planned, Syrian sources said, was that of the state-media. Assad has replaced the chiefs of government newspapers and the state news service.

That is certainly progress! Chances are he sent some lapdog media packing! If this is the new policy in the Syrian media, the Lebanese and Iranians, the Palestinian and even the Egyptian media won't be far behind. The Revisionist bridgeheads are being expanded. The dam is just about to burst! We can already see how the enemies of historical truth are reeling - they are giving up ground everywhere!
AP:
The newspaper said many Zionist leaders collaborated with the Nazis. The daily quoted researchers who specialize in Holocaust denial.

Collaboration with the Nazis...That's the next dirty little secret which is bound to shock the world. Reputations will be ruined. History will be rewritten. As the German paper TAZ wrote a few weeks ago: The window has been thrown open, and a gust of fresh air is streaming in.
