*** It pays to persist! I am happy to report a very sweet Zundelsite victory.
The German government has pulled in its tail and slinked off regarding censoring the global Internet - a campaign it engaged in ever since the many Zundel mirror websites and the Blue Ribbons Campaign appeared in global cyberspace in response to the Zundelsite attack in 1996. Ernst Zundel was forced to single-handedly fight a protracted fight in German and Canadian courts on this issue since the "official" cyber fighters all bailed out in panic - with the ADL and Wiesenthalers on their heels.
"With the growth of Web pages there is a greater chance of encountering such sites. We are not happy about this," said Deputy Interior Minister, Brigitte Zypries, who deals with Internet matters. "That's life and that's the Internet and you can't change it. You can't build a wall around Germany. It's unrealistic to try to shield Germans from foreign websites."
So there! Since 1994, when word of the Zundelsite's documents about the so-called "Holocaust" first crept up in news reports in Germany, the Zionist-beholden minions in Germany have tried their utmost to prevent curious Germans from accessing Revisionist sites.
*** And yet another victory in which we can rejoice!
Germany's influential FAZ (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung) backed down on its participation in a New World Order "ethnic cleansing" grammar campaign - a leftist-created intellectual movement which mutilates with impunity an organically evolved language with time-honored and cherished grammar rules into bizarre distortions.
FAZ announced that, starting August 1, it will return to the "old-fashioned" German way of spelling. No more "doitschland" instead of "Deutschland"! Another systematic cultural perversion down the drain! Finally the Germans are beginning to claw their way back to normalcy, one tiny inch at a time!
*** Victory Number Three: Let's give the Spaniards a "Thumbs Up"!
On July 31, 2000, the highest Court of Appeal of Catalonia, Audiencia Provincial 3 in Barcelona, has once again quashed the verdict against Pedro Varela, initially issued on Nov. 16, 1998. Pedro Varela was then sentenced to five years imprisonment [sic] for "denying the holocaust".
The panel of three judges, presided by DoÒa Ana Indelmo, came to the unanimous conclusion that the "holocaust-denial-law", the basis of Pedro's conviction, violates freedom of expression - a human right, protected under the Spanish Constitution.
Now the case will be submitted again at the Supreme Court of Spain. A decision, whether the "holocaust-denial-law" (article 607 of the Spanish Penal Code) is concurring with the Spanish Constitution, must be reached there.
*** The Jewish Telegraph Agency reported an interesting revisionist story.
Raoul Wallenberg, the Swedish diplomat and friend-of-the-Jews who was supposedly murdered by the Nazis, turned out to have been murdered in 1947 in Moscow's infernal Lubyanka prison.
Another "crime" for which the Third Reich was unjustifiably blamed for more than half a century. Another inch reclaimed!
*** Meanwhile, the "restitution" or "extortion racket" - as Jewish-American Professor Finkelstein so aptly calls it - proceeds unimpeded, with ever more corporations and entities such as churches, organizations etc. being swatted down like flies. From Berlin came word a few days ago that "lawmakers from across the political spectrum are calling on the Roman Catholic Church to pay into a fund to compensate Nazi-era slave and forced laborers." This so-called "slave labor" issue is now called ". . . the last unaddressed evils of the Nazi regime." More than 1 million former laborers are expected to be eligible for payments.
*** The NAACP folks are learning by example and precedent. The City Council of Springfield, Missouri has been asked to consider making reparations to the black community for the 1906 lynchings of three black men in a downtown square.
''It's about so much more than just money,'' said Rosemary Stewart-Stafford, a member of the NAACP's local chapter. ''Money changes things and it's a very powerful force, but the real issue is the inability by public officials to issue a public apology.''
*** A French court has ordered the California-based internet giant, Yahoo - accused of selling memorabilia with "Nazi overtones" - to ". . . find a way to block France-based web users from accessing sites peddling Nazi paraphernalia."
Whether Yahoo will comply remains to be seen. Its lawyers had argued that it is technically impossible to separate French users from non-French users. No "anti-Nazi screening system" had yet been devised that is one hundred percent effective, they argued. The censorious Jewish factions have let it be known that 95% would be just fine.
*** The Simon Wiesenthal Center now estimates that it is dealing with 2,300 "problematic" websites - up 2,299 from 1994 when Stormfront first appeared in Cyber space. 500 of these new websites are tagged with the "extremist" label and believed to have been authored by Europeans but are hosted in America.
*** Well-known London writer, "Taki", has coined a few memorable paragraphs about "Stormin' Norman" Finkelstein - the author who has put the UK-based Jews in a tailspin with his little "Holocaust Industry" book, much discussed and palavered in the media.
"Jaysus, what did Finkelstein do to antagonize the Bold Zionist Men?" writes Taki. "I read the book, which is excellent. . . His thesis is that Jewish suffering has been exploited to shore up American support for any and all Israeli policies since 1967, to enable various organizations to control the money gained from the German state and Swiss banks rather than distribute it all to the real survivors, and to help some in the elite of Jewish society to assimilate into the upper echelons of American society."
And then he adds, for good measure:
"One surprising aspect of the debate is the assertion in several British newspapers that The Holocaust Industry has caused controversy on both sides of the Atlantic. Alas, not yet. Other than New York Press, Finkelstein's publishers Verso tell me that the rest of the American press has virtually ignored it. In London, people may be kicking Norman Finkelstein, but they are also kicking his ideas around. What's going on in New York?"
Good question. Did anybody say conspiracy among the major media?

Thought for the Day:
An interesting definition of "political incorrectness" was provided by Charley Reese who called PC ". . . historically accurate truths that conflict with modern liberal ideology."
