News keeps on pouring in - the good, the bad and the ugly! Here are just a few of the hundreds of items of interest to my ZGram group:
* This one is hot off the wire, and it is IMPORTANT! According to a Reuter release, dated today,
". . . (a)n exhibition showing ordinary German soldiers committing Nazi war crimes which has prompted right-wing protests in Germany was shut down on Thursday after historians said some photographs were faked.
"The multi-media exhibition was due to open in the United States in December but organisers have instead closed the display for three months to allow an independent panel of historians to decide whether the criticisms are true.
"Historians have pointed out in a number of historical journals that photographs of corpses in the display show the victims of the NKVD Soviet security police rather than the Wehrmacht, the Nazi-era German army."

Now let's get busy and shut down the US Holocaust Museum in Washington for three months - until an independent panel has investigated THEIR fake photos!
* And speaking of fakes a reader wrote about the fake Auschwitz memories of this "toddler survivor" Wilkimorski character:
"I have just finished watching a documentary on the BBC about this fraud. Most on this list will remember that a woman who was 'also a child survivor' remembered him. 'He's my Benjie' she actually said in part of the programme.
Well guess what? She was born in Seattle, is not Jewish, and in the past wrote a book about how she was satanically abused,forced to have babies which were used in sacrifices etc. Part of an interview with her from 1992 was shown. At the time her satanic claims were debunked.
And Bruno Grossjean's (alias Benjamin Wilkomirski's) father was interviewed, showing pictures of himself as a young man, looking startlingly like his son. B.W. was adopted by some wealthy people. A couple who are related to B.W. were also interviewed, speaking of how they wanted to adopt him.
Many of his 'camp life' stories were thoroughly debunked.
It was said that Neo-Nazis have seized on the fraud, saying 'if this is untrue, what about the Holocaust....' A few shots carefully chosen of ageing men pushing away tv cameras, and a rear view of, gasp, two skinheads walking down a street!
And, the journalist who has done the exposure 'doesn't care' if Neo-Nazis use the story, caring more about the truth. All credit to Daniel Ganzfried I say.
'Child of the Death Camps, Truth and Lies' was the name of the programme, and as the A&E Network were co-makers of the programme, I imagine it will get shown around the world.
Is this the start of a trend? Set your VCRs folks.
* Now we have one of those mysterious copycat mass killings in Germany where a 16-year-old boy from Munich opened fire on a street in an Alpine spa town, killing five people and then himself. As expected, police found a picture of Hitler, hand-drawn swastikas and other gadgets, along with computer games and horror movies, in the boy's parents' home.

Explanation: "The purpose of the Museum of Communism is to do for Communism what the Holocaust Memorial Museum does for Nazism: namely, to educate the public about mass murder, widespread slave labor, and other human rights violations committed by Communist regimes. As it currently stands, many Westerners know nothing of the human rights record of Communist regimes, while the media and leftist elite promote the notion that Communism was noble ideal that people weren't virtuous enough to practice."
* After I mentioned in one of my previous ZGrams that I saw a Star of David, about 3 feet wide, in the Ontario Court of Appeal ceiling, a friend informed me that "the star of david is also over the heads of people watching proceedings in the Supreme Court of Canada." He said it is also embossed in the concrete of the wall close to the entrance to the Parliamentiary library in Ottawa.
* David Irving (email: Focalp@aol.com) to the London Telegraph in reply to the smear article targeting German scientist Germar Rudolf:
"The real story is not your newspaper's ungenerous use of the word "neo-Nazi" to describe Mr Rudolf (whom I know, and who has less political nous than Rupert Bear) but the fact that Germany has still not learned about free speech despite all the lessons we taught her in two world wars: The real shocker is that a scientist researching at the Max Planck Institute for his PhD was forced to flee into permanent exile after he came up with politically unacceptable research results about the permanence of cyanide compounds in brickwork. His thesis has been lauded by all his equally non political contemporaries, I might add.

I am seeking kind words of support for Gunther Deckert, Fredrick Toeben and other political prisoners languishing in cells in Germany. Similarly your thoughts for Germar Rudolf while the government of Germany attempts to secure his extradition are appreciated. I also seek letters of protest against Germany and the western nations who sit idly by while our freedoms are eroded. These letters will be posted to a new page on CODOHWeb. Please maintain the highroad in your choice of words. You may send any such omments directly to me.
I appreciate your assistance in this effort. No comments or sentiments are too short. We will hopefully bring this page to the attention of the establishment media.

Prague's chief rabbi, Ephraim Sidon, wanted the words removed, but residents don't see them as an insult to Jews, just part of their heritage. As a compromise, a corrective plaque will be placed beside the sculpture. 'We insisted,' says Leo Pavlat, director of Prague's Jewish Museum,'that the text must say that this was an unfair trial and a deliberate attempt to humiliate the Jews'."
