More good news! The Germans are finally fighting back and putting up resistance to those relentless Holocaust extortion schemes.
Here is an Associated Press article coming from Berlin, titled "Jewish leader criticizes industry offer as "shameful":
BERLIN (AP) - A Jewish leader on Saturday criticized the amount German industry wants to pay former Nazi laborers as "shameful," but a spokesman for the companies said they had no plans to raise their $3.2 billion offer. The public arguments cast further doubt that talks to settle on an amount, planned for next month in Bonn, would go forward. The German government and lawyers have both said they believe the meeting scheduled for Nov. 16-17 likely will be postponed.
Zundelsite:
Those foolish Germans could have shown some backbone way back in 1953 when the racketeers first put the squeeze on Konrad Adenauer. They could have saved themselves a cool 100 billion plus interest. However, better late than never! The question now on many people's minds: Did Leuchter's discoveries and Revisionism generally turn the tide?
Associated Press:
Michel Friedman of the Central Council of Jews in Germany said he sees no chance for the negotiations to succeed if the companies stick to their figure.
Their refusal to increase their offer is "one of the most shameful chapters in Germany's postwar history," he told the Neuen Osnabruecker Zeitung in an interview published Saturday.
Zundelsite:
It's always "shameful" when these blackmailers and con artists don't get their way. Like psychopaths straight out of psychiatry's textbooks, they lay a guilt trip on the victims of their manipulations, making them the "villains" in their unsuccessful schemes. It is a well-known pattern.
Associated Press:
Although German envoy Otto Lambsdorff said Friday in Berlin that there were efforts to boost the offer, U.S. attorney Michael Hausfeld has said Lambsdorff rejected an offer of $5.4 billion suggested as a compromise.
That number is far lower than the $28 billion lawyers representing the victims had originally demanded, and also less than a $12.5 billion figure Hausfeld said also had been rejected by Lambsdorff.
Wolfgang Gibowski, spokesman for the fund proposed by German industry under pressure from class action suits in the United States, said talk of a higher number than what was already on the table was "irresponsible."
He said the amount was already higher than the companies' initial offer.
Zundelsite:
The Germans should finally lance this boil and slug it out with these shysters in a highly publicized court case, where all the Holocaust lies and distortions about German policy towards the Jews and "forced labor" would be compared to US., Canadian and, especially, Soviet forced labor policy payments. Mr. Zundel has already shown them how it can be done.
Associated Press:
"Those who now want more must move and realize that this is the best offer and that they should take the available money," Gibowski told the Mannheimer Morgen newspaper in a Saturday story.
Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder also has defended the German offer.
Under the plan, industry would finance two-thirds and the German government one-third of the fund for former slave laborers and other ``forgotten victims'' of Nazism who have not been compensated.
Zundelsite:
Now the Germans should demand compensation from the Bolsheviks and their successor states, and demand from the Israelis repayment (plus interest) of the fraudulently obtained monies, based on demonstrably false claims, losses etc.
NO BETTER TIME THAN NOW!

Thought for the Day:
"The likelihood of Steven Spielberg ever making a film about the Cheka killing Cossack girls with sledgehammers is remote indeed. Marxism will never have a Holocaust chained to its ankles."
