Now that the odious Canadian Human Rights Tribunal business has been beaten back - at least for the time being! - the Zundel legal team is getting ready to take on the SIRC hearings, which are slated to resume soon.
That government campaign against Ernst Zundel at the behest of what is now referred to euphemistically as "the Privileged Minority" is similarly unsavory to the hilt - and what will come of that one, only the Oracle knows.
Here are the rudimentary facts:
1. After everything else was tried against Ernst Zundel for almost 20 years - postal privileges revocation, two false news trials, several "hate law" investigations, murderous posters by the thousands (!) all over Toronto inciting the public to lynch him, two pipe bombs, one $400,000 arson, letters to various tax authorities out of the Mayor's Office on Race and Community Relations to dig for Zundel dirt, attempts to plant false evidence (drugs) in his headquarters, placing highly paid informants as "volunteers" right in the Zundel-Haus, obscene rulings that "Truth-is-no-defense" etc. by the so-called Human Rights Tribunals - SIRC will now resume to ferret out some non-existent "dangers" Mr. Zundel is supposed to pose for Canada as a "Canadian Security Risk."
2. What you must know about SIRC (acronym that stands for Security Intelligence Review Committee) is that it poses as a "watch dog" for CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Services) Canada's civilian spy agency. Watch dog my foot! SIRC is a white-wash outfit at best, which has turned increasingly into a tax-supported broom to sweep the CSIS dirt under the rug.
How do we know? Because CSIS creatively mastermined a "racist" Canadian organization called "Heritage Front" with the help of their own mole, financied and "handled" (that is, directed) by a fellow called Grant Bristow. When Bristow went bust, largely thanks to investigative reporter, Bill Dunphy, of the Toronto Sun, SIRC wrote a near-hysterical report about the dangers of the "Right Wing" in Canada that rubberstamped that CSIS had nothing to hide.
No doubt you get the drift. Some Members of Parliament did, too, although it took some political courage to say so.
Ernst is supposed to have belonged to this "White Supremacist" Heritage Front. Not true!
For more than two decades, in speech after speech and many media interviews, he has stated over and over that he is not a "white supremacist." And anyone who knows of his lifestyle and dealing with people of different races affirms it!
3. SIRC was sicced on Mr. Zundel in 1995 in response to his re-application for Canadian citizenship, after he was turned down willy-nilly over 30 years ago, presumably because he ran as a trilingual political candidate for leadership of the liberal party, the Ministry of Citizenship - at the behest of CSIS? - grabbed this opportunity to launch an "investigation" with much fanfare, to find out if he was, indeed, a "security risk".
4. This investigation was to take place "in camera" - that is, behind closed doors, away from the media and public eye - with the help of "secret witnesses" which he could not cross-examine and whose names he would not know. Naturally, everyone assumed that one of the "secret witnesses" would be the sleazy Mr. Bristow, now living comfortably on his thirty pieces of silver on taxpayers' money under a Government Witness Protection Plan, sporting a new name.
5. In the summer of 1996, a courageous Judge Heald of the Federal Court of Canada quashed that attempt, ruling that the entire SIRC body was biased against Ernst. The Federal Appeal Court overruled Judge Heald one year later. Ernst appealed to the Supreme Court, conveniently staffed with the Politically Correct - and SIRC was given the Green Light after all in 1998.
6. So SIRC will now come to the fore to do the job the Human Rights Tribunal failed to do and regular Canadian courts refused to do for the Holocaust Lobby and their friends. CSIS and the Ministry of Citizenship have been sitting on the sidelines, watching what was happened in the Human Rights Tribunal hearings, no doubt hoping that the Zundel bludgeoning would be finished there and they would not have to dirty their hands. They needed a conviction badly! They would have loved a "hate speech" ruling against Ernst!
Now that the Zundel legal team has knocked out that disgrace to the Canadian legal profession - at least for now - CSIS and the Ministry of Citizinship are "re-activating" SIRC. But now it will be much, much harder to prove their case against Ernst - what with the Human Rights Tribunal victory under his belt!
7. Regardless! It will again be "in camera" hearings and "secret witnesses." The strategy on their part now seems to be to "link" Ernst somehow to imaginary "violence" - of ***what he might do in the future**** - as the government's chief lawyer has said. How do we know? Let's simply say we know. There have been many fishing expedition trips to documents posted on the Zundelsite where I have commented on some activities of individuals or groups in other places or even other countries where people are fed up to the hilt with New World Order monkeyshines and speak out forcefully.
8. For instance, I did a couple ZGrams of Willem Ratte's hunger strike in South Africa protesting what is happening to Whites in that besieged, demolished country. I borrowed a ZGram from Louis Beam, smeared as a virulent White Supremacist, who had written about Blacks not being his problem and naming the group that was. I commented on Oklahoma City once or twice. I have the Zundel audio catalog posted on the Zundelsite that summarizes some interviews with current day political dissidents that Ernst has done and broadcast. I commented on an event organized by Attorney Richard Barrett who is, I believe, a Southern Confederates fellow and who was leading a protest march on City Hall that ended in a melee. I don't know any of these people personally - I simply report on and try to catch the flavor of this struggle to free ourselves from Orwellian mind control at the threshold of the new millennium.
9. I predict that something is now in the air. Chances are that the SIRC hearings will reveal how closely Canadian Secret Service makes use of the seamy underbelly of our society. It is no secret that there is a power struggle between the trusted Mounties (Canada's venerable Royal Canadian Mounted Police) and the "new kids on the block" - the alien kommissars that run some Mossad-like outfits, well-shielded behind the veil of the "law" and "security considerations". It is no coincidence that so much murkiness surrounds the trial of the three punks who are before the courts in Western Canada for allegedly having caused that wave of terror across Canada in 1995 and 1996 replete with AIDS-tainted razorblades on mouse traps as well as four pipe bombs - one of which was meant for Ernst Zundel!
10. Ernst's legal team has already launched a new Judicial Review in the Federal Court of Canada to have a judge assess these politically motivated, unconscionable proceedings. Once again Ernst faces huge legal expenses so he can live and work in freedom and free of government harassment. He said to me just recently: "The functions of Canadian officials have become like Al Capone's Shakedown Protection/Racket Enforcers. I have to pay the legal fees and court costs - just so I can carry on my perfectly legitmate work!"
Don't underestimate Ernst Zundel on this one! After all, did he not beat back the CHRC?
When asked for a quote on the outcome, he told me:
"Did I not prophesy my detractors many times that before all this was over, careers would be ruined, jobs lost and reputations badly tarnished? I predict that some people will have to face civil and/or criminal charges. Complaints will come to supervisory bodies from an outraged citizenry. Charitable status will be yanked. Fines will have to be paid. All this is already happening to some extent to many involved in this unholy mess! Evil truly does carry within itself the seed of its own destruction!"
To give you a preview of what might yet happen based on what Zundelsite watchers know has already happened, I offer you a snippet from a newsgroup between a Chosenite Schmierfink named Kevin Klapstein and my favorite cyber-truth-warrior named Slade.
Slade:
"The Canadian Federal Court has ruled recently that the CHRC has been quite lawless and un-Canadian in their prosecution of Ernst Zundel; apparently they were operating on their unsubstantiated feelings, rather than the letter of the law and established judicial process."
Klapstein:
"It is (rightly) difficult to prosecute even creatures as vile as Ernst Zundel for his hatred, due to the care taken by Canadian law to avoid undue restriction on freedom of expression."
Slade:
"What made it particularly difficult in this case was the egregious failure of the "Human Rights Commission" to follow the basie rules of jurisprudence.
"You may recall that one of the key members of the Tribunal is (or was) Reva Esther Devins. This person had already publicly expressed personal antipathy for Zundel in a press release following his 1988 conviction (later overturned).
"If the Tribunal had any sense of fairness, tact, or even strategy, they would have booted that woman long before on the basis of her obvious prejudice. That is, she was not coming to these hearings with an open mind, but had already decided against Zundel.
"There is a special word for the action of a judge stepping down when there is an appearance of bias. It is called "recusal". But Devins was apparently so eager to get her fangs into Zundel, to be there at the moment of kill, she could not bear to step aside and let another do the work. And for that unbounded ambition, she ruined the case for the Tribunal. In the end, a sworn friend of Zundel could not have done more for Zundel than Devins, who shot the entire Tribunal in the collective foot.
"Devins had taken part in a number of the key decisions and rulings of the case to date, including the question of whether the truth of a statement is defense against the accusation that it is hateful. Devins & Co. ruled that the truth was not an issue. If you talk about somebody, even if what you say is true, you may later be charged with hate speech. Or so ruled the Tribunal.
"Since Devins partook so heavily in the hearings to date and the Federal Court ruled she had tainted the hearings, most of what the Tribunal has done is ruined.
"This has nothing to do with the difficulty of prosecuting Ernst. It has much more to do with the fact that those who prosecute Zundel come to the hearings with unclean hands.
"Just as, I observe, do you. Even as you revile Zundel as a "hate filled bigot", you, who have never met him, use a rich language of hate to describe him.
"Ain't that funny?
"Let me answer that question: It is not funny. It is very, very typical of far too many cases - from the wretched witch burners to moralists of many stripes and colors, many ethnics and far too many faiths. With blood and gore dripping from your jowls, you exhort the world to take up vegetarianism.
"Do you imagine the world does not see your hypocrisy?"
To which I only want to add: Do the Holocaust Enforcers and their lackeys in the Canadian government really think that Canada will not see the agenda-driven hypocrisy in a new Chosenite attack on Mr. Zundel - this time by using SIRC?
