The more I think about the grotesque CHRT situation in Canada, now running well into its third year, the clearer certain features peel themselves out of the muck and muddle - not just for me, but for the average Canadian citizen.
Consider just this detail: Here Mr. Zundel is supposed to have somehow mysteriously "injured" some Canadian Jews with a website that is located, owned and run by an American citizen in California . . .
* Yet ***not a single Jew*** has come forward with verifiable evidence of any real injury -
* ***Not a single Jew*** has has been asked or produced by the Human Rights Commission to testify to this supposedly socially corrosive injury, not only to himself but to his brethren -
* ***Not a single Jew*** has even put in an affidavit -
* When asked specifically to come forward to testify to supposedly having been "injured" by content on the Zundelsite - the complainants, Sabina Citron, the Mayor's Committee, and the other Jewish community leaders begged off via their attorneys with excuses of illness and age -
* ***Not a single one of their so-called "expert witnesses" is an admitted Jew***. They had to import a PC Catholic out of the New York area as their stellar witness to give evidence of "anti-semitism." The gent has a closet-size office, a file cabinet and a bookshelf with some 40 books on matters of the Holocaust! Not too surprisingly, these self-appointed censors need the genuflecting goyim*** to even make their case and pull their chestnuts out of the fire.
What an embarrassing record! They ought to be ashamed! In a real court operating under the standard rules of evidence in a real trial, such charges of "harm" would have been laughed out of the window.
And now, to top it off, it didn't take that long for one of their newly appointed Tribunal Commissioners, the Indian Jain, to wash his hands of the whole unsavory endeavor. (I overheard a conversation where several people actually expressed pity for the poor man, a college professor, who had to sit there helplessly and watch the degrading abuse of one of his fellow Indian colleagues, Dr. Alexander Jacob, who testified for the defense . . . )
Below please find a sample letter from one of the Zundel watchers who is fed up to the hilt with the Human Rights circus and is asking a question or two of the Commission. I ask my readers to write in as well and express what you think of the mess.

To the CHRC:
I've just received word that Mr. Jain has abdicated his responsibility to rule on Ernst Zundel's involvement in the world of cyberspace. I would appreciate a full explanation as to why he has jumped ship, as it were, at this late date.
I also note that the questions that I have put to you in the past had *not** been answered, as though I were somehow **unworthy** of being answered, as if the CHRC's vaunted defence of Canadian human rights did **not** apply to me.
Please stop making me **feel** like a citizen of some banana republic and for once live up to your mandate and answer my simple questions.
To now, this Canadian citizen has been indulgent of the wanton manner in which you have trampled over his human rights.
But please be assured that henceforth you **will** answer my questions. I will be pursuing every avenue to see that my human rights **are respected**.
How sad and so very **telltale** that I have to reiterate my determination this way.
