The formula is simple, and it works every time. It runs along these lines:

Finally, one of my ZGram readers has had it. He sorted it all out:

Rewrite the history books. Tell the children about the terrible white mass murderer Christopher Columbus, who began the Genocide of America's Native peoples. Tell the children of the evil racists like George Washington and Thomas Jefferson who spoke of Liberty but enslaved people of color. They were forerunners of the Nazis.
Ban the symbols of oppression. Imprisonment for a Swastika flag. Of course! What of the Nationalist scum who begin all the wars? Ban the Union Jack in Britain - Nationalists are really Nazis as well. Ban the Maple Leaf in Canada - it is unfair to the French Canadians. Ban the Confederate flag (the American people won't accept the banning of the stars and stripes quite yet.)
Establish free speech on the airwaves by eliminating hate radio. Remove the partisans from communicating their hateful messages. No more criticism of the latest open-minded democratic regimes. The right wing conspiracy is part of a neo-Nazi revival.
Monitor the internet. Bug the phones. Read FBI files on leading Republicans. For Republicans too are right wing and therefore have Nazi sympathies.
Put racists on trial. Even if crimes were committed 30 years ago. Even if they were already tried and found not-guilty. If they are found not-guilty a second time, try them a third time. Eliminate all racists from office. Imprison all racists. They are like the Nazis. They should die.
All power to the strong, death to the weak.
Establish our rule in the name of the common people, of the people of color, of the minorities. We rule for the downtrodden. We rule for the weak. We are the forgiven. From those who have to those who have not. We are the peace keepers. We are justice. We are moral.
Above all let us thank God (the all-powerful dollar) that we have the Holocaust. For the Holocaust is our moral justification. it is the proof that we are right and the right is wrong. It is the proof that National Socialism is evil. It is the proof that racism is evil. It is the proof that Europeans are evil. It is the proof that Christians are evil. It is the proof that isolationism is evil. It is the proof that anti-immigration stands are evil.
The Holocaust is our hammer. Wield it at the Pat Buchanans of the world (Holocaust denier, and anti-immigration - surely a Nazi and racist!) Use it to pound Jean Marie Le-Pen. Details of history - lock him up. Political Prisoners - let them cry their sob stories. They are evil and deserve what they get.
Establish Holocaust museums as our new temples. March the children into the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Let them see what the enemy has done. Let them know that we are good. That we will protect them. Let them understand why we must control opinion. Contrast our goodness with the Nazi evil. Teach them to defend themselves against such tyranny by any means necessary. We are their brothers. We are their big brothers. We will watch out for them. We will develop news and history and television docudramas and movies. We will make you content.
