Yet more on the Gunther Deckert story, and as a follow-up on yesterday's
ZGram showing one American activist kneeling into the question: "Why

by doing what Holocaust skeptics do - start questioning the factual foundations
of the ever more censorious Holocaust Cultists?" (!)
I had supplied a URL ( http://www.germany-info.org ) where the "official" documents came from that were used by the German Consul in Washington. I asked my readers to inspect it.
In response, yet another ZGram reader wrote:

What a racket the chosenites have installed in the West. They sub(v)ert, extort and gnaw away at the liberties of the people and then cry foul when someone points out what they're doing. Each day some new revelation of Jewish corruption bubbles out of the news.

Please refer to your letter to me of June 16 in response to my questions about the case of Gunther Deckert.
You enclosed with your reply two papers. One is entitled "Combatting Right-Wing Violence and Hate Crimes in Germany". It does not deal with the Deckert case, and, in fact, its content seems to indicate that it has nothing to do with that case. I note that it says, in part, that "only a very small number of perpetrators seem to be motivated by a coherent right-wing ideology. About 4% of convicted offenders are actual members of extreme-right parties or organizations." There is not a single reference to violence committed by "Holocaust deniers". I would assume that the intent of including this paper with your response is to imply that Holocaust Revisionists are somehow akin to "skinheads". To say the least, that is a rather low level of argument.
Nevertheless your paper goes on to inform us that "in Germany it is a federal crime punishable by up to five years in prison to deny the Holocaust's existence." Well, I knew that. What I don't know is why such a law is needed in the apparent absence of any relation between "hate crimes" and revisionism, as the paper itself seems to admit. And of course the paper does not at all support the treatment of Gunther Deckert, a subject ignored in your response.
Even worse, included with your letter is another paper, "Freedom of Speech and Recent Legal Controversies in Germany" which, inter alia, seems to agree that Germany does not have "freedom of speech" in the sense of the United States Constitution (like some other countries) which is unfortunate for Germans. However, more shocking is the content of the paper, which contains erroneous statements of fact, slanderous assault on individuals, and in general reflects a very low standard of argument.
Just a few examples:
- repeated use of the pejorative phrase "denying the Holocaust" in describing those who challenge specific claims of the Holocaust lobby
- the attribution to Holocaust Revisionists of claims which they do not make ("the statement that Jews were not persecuted during National Socialism.")
- the assertion that all facts about "the Holocaust" have been "proven", when even a passing knowledge of the subject reveals that this is not true, e.g., that 4 million were "killed" at Auschwitz, the phony "gas chamber" exhibits at Auschwitz and Dachau, and the dubious nature of the "gas chambers" stories in general, and many others. Whether the authors of the paper know it or not, these "proven facts" have been discredited. Simple honesty would call for some discretion.
- the personal vilification of individuals as "anti-semites" because they question specific claims of the Holocaust cult.
I find it amazing that a government would stoop to the cheap tactics of this paper. Any government. But for some reason I had always thought that Germans would not do this kind of thing. I'm reconsidering.
In any event, I request your response to the following additional questions:
(1) Who are "Susan Steiner, Cornelius Becker, and David Lazar", apparently the authors of the "Freedom of Speech" document?
(2) Would I be subject to prosecution under the German "hate laws" if I visited Germany and openly asserted that I did not believe all claims of the Holocaust lobby, to include the supposed "fact" that 4 million were "killed" at Auschwitz, or that there were homicidal gas chambers at Auschwitz?
(3) Will my name be added to some negative dossier of the German government because of this correspondence?
I look forward to your response."
We are going to pursue this matter vigorously on the Internet because many German patriots and thinkers, writers etc, and not just Gunther Deckert alone, are languishing in German prisons. 5,800 others have been persecuted through prosecution for ThoughtCrimes, according to Die Welt (other sources actually put the number at close to 8,000 . . . ) for no good reason whatsoever, according to these initial official documents supplied by the officially installed bureaucracy of Germany in Washington, D.C.
As an initial move, we ask our readers if any of you know, or are willing to find out, who "Susan Steiner, Cornelius Becker, and David Lazar" are and what their educational background and qualifications are to draft this kind of "document" that is being used as the basis of depriving people of their freedom in Germany today, simply for doubting ***one*** version of history.
