Attention News Editor: "Secret witness" in the December 11, 1997 Canadian Human Rights Tribunal trial of Ernst Zundel
Doug Collins, veteran Canadian journalist and embattled columnist for the North Shore News in Vancouver, Canada, yesterday won a victory for free speech over the self-appointed censors from the Canadian Jewish Congress - the same kind of censors I will be facing again on December 11th when my estranged wife, Irene, will be cross-examined by my attorney, Doug Christie, for statements she made pertaining to the embattled Zundelsite.
The decision by the British Columbia Human Rights Commission-which, in essence, ruled that a journalist is free to question the "Holocaust" because he has free speech-is welcome, but rings a little hollow, after Mr. Collins had to spend over $50,000 of his own money, while his detractors, as per usual in Canada, helped themselves with impunity to the Canadian taxpayers' trough.
Collins's publisher (and the North Shore News) was forced to spend another $200,000 of his own funds to fight for Mr. Collins's rights-rights he should have been accorded, without having to spend a cent, in a country that calls itself a "democracy". Will the North Shore News and Mr. Collins now sue not only the Canadian Jewish Congress but also, rightfully, the Human Rights Commission for costs, legal fees, pain and suffering etc.? Who will pick up the tab, should the wronged parties win? The taxpayers, you can bet!
The kangaroo proceedings against me will continue December 11th-again at Canadian taxpayers' expense!-to protect those who have a vested financial and political interest in the promotion of the "Holocaust". This misnamed Human (Wrongs) Commission, run by political appointees, is wasting hundreds of thousands of taxpayers' money to attempt the censoring of my perfectly legal and constitutionally guaranteed viewpoints on the "Holocaust" hate propaganda against my own heritage and ethnic group by the Zionist censors who have gotten their ears. Highly paid Human Rights Commission lawyers will continue to try to deny me my constitutional and human rights by the basest tricks - one of them being the use of "secret witnesses"-like my estranged wife, Irene Helen Zundel.
The decision of the B.C. Human Rights Commission makes the persecution by the Federal Human Rights Commission of myself for material based on a U.S. based website all the more obscene. The process is immoral and, in the light of the B.C. Human Rights Commission decision regarding Mr. Collins's views on the "Holocaust", utterly corrupt and grotesque. I invite the media to attend the Tribunal hearings when my attorney, Doug Christie, will cross-examine Irene. Canadian taxpayers have a right to be informed to what level the Commission and its highly paid legal advisors have stooped.
Place and time: December 11, 1997, 10 AM, 371 University Avenue Courthouse, 4th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. For further information, please call the Zundel-Haus at 416-922-9850Thought for the Day:
"Thank you for sticking to your guns. You are a man in a nation of bootlickers and wimps."
