Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

· The guns against the Zundelsite are lining up again.

Two conferences were held on "Hate on the Internet", simultaneously in Toronto and Los Angeles, courtesy of the Simon Wiesenthal Center and B'nai Brith, during which the Zundelsite was mentioned as one of the main targets for anticipated censorship moves, and naturally my name came up.

These hate fests against the "Holocaust deniers", along with other villains, were broadcast on the Internet, but I could not get my audio to work, and so, regrettably, I missed them. Did anyone record them? Any feedback on how they played out?

· Meanwhile, it appears that our mirror sites have now come under bombardment. As of last count, we had 24. Within the last couple of days, we lost two - due to pressure on the ISPs to kick the mirrors off.

One was at niagara.com and one at geocities.

From the specific to the general:

· Remember I said that now it's no longer Revisionist Conquest individual-by-individual? Now it is country-by-country?

A very strange story is coming out of Japan.

In February of 1995, an article titled "There were no 'Nazi Gas Chambers'," was published in a magazine called Marco Polo by a Japanese Revisionist aficionado.

Retaliation on the part of our opposition was swift and brutal: Huge advertisers pulled their accounts, and a previously editorially respected and financially successful magazine was booted right out of business in corporate terrorist style.

As reported by Kyodo News Service (September 9, 1997) Marco Polo

". . . was forced to shut down in response to protests from the Israeli government and Jewish organizations overseas against the article's claims that the Holocaust was ''propaganda''.

Now, in a delicious twist of tit-for-tat, it seems that a Japanese journalist and an Austrian sociologist are charged with defamation _for criticizing the author who made the original claim_ in Marco Polo that there were no gas chambers during World War II.

In other words, one "Holocaust Denier" fought back, and the thing went to court in a multi-million dollar law suit.

The two "defamers" of the Holocaust Denier, in turn, have blasted the Tokyo District Court Tuesday for not taking a clear stand on the existence of gas chambers.

One of the defendants, named Kaneko, a Japan resident since 1991, quoted Presiding Judge Toshimi Ouchi as saying:

"The court cannot decide whether gas chambers existed or not. The court can only judge whether there was a defamation or not.''

''That a court can openly choose not to make a decision over the existence of gas chambers is an illustration of Japan's lack of a moral yardstick by which to judge right from wrong,'' said the other defendant, Kajimura, a resident of Germany since 1974.

''I think it is only in Japan, of all countries in the world, that such an idiotic thing can happen,'' he added.

Well, no. Not quite. If I may point this out, the two "defamers of a defamer" have accidentally rushed in where angels fear to tread. They know not whereof they speak.

It has happened before that the "gas chamber" claim has been declared judicially as "hands off!"

It happened for the first time in the Second Great Holocaust Trial in 1988 where the judge pulled swift "judicial notice" - so that the "existence" or "non-existence" of gas chambers was deemed to be _irrelevant_ to the "spreading of false news" charge that Ernst Zundel was then fighting off.

This has since become the formula! It happens all the time in Germany!

It happened to Ernst and to David Irving in their Munich trials in 1991 and 1992. No evidence to buttress their claims was allowed! No defense witnesses to buttress their claims were allowed.

They were both convicted and now have a "criminal record"!

Defendants in German courts are not allowed to fight off "defamation of the Jews" and "defamation of the dead" charges by marshalling and producing the _evidence_ that what they say is true!

Imagine an insurance company adjuster that gets hauled before the court for so-called "defamation" by "relatives" who claim they lost their loved ones in an accident - and that insurance company adjuster is not allowed to show that the "relatives" are alive under different names in different places - that the evidence is just not there on which a compensation claim is based!

Instead, the insurance adjuster gets thrown in the slammer for "defamation" of fictitious victims on the say-so of fraudulent claimants!

That is the parallel. Is that grotesque, or what? To so-called "Holocaust Deniers", it happens all the time! It happens in Germany. France. Austria. And, yes, Canada!

· Not all is lost, however. Yesterday, Germany rejected a "conservative estimate" of 12,500 Holocaust survivors in eastern Europe, a number "established with the help of the Jewish Claims Conference (JCC)", as ". . . too unreliable a basis for financial compensation", according to Agency France Press, (September 9, 1997).

Last month, German Jewish leader Ignatz Bubis had called for rapid compensation because of the claimants' advanced age, and said they should receive 200 marks (110 dollars) each for every month detained by the Nazis.

Bubis said it was unfair that a former Latvian member of the SS should receive a pension as a war victim when his Jewish neighbor and former concentration camp inmate got none.

· Moving right along: Perhaps you have heard this one before, but I did not. According to an August 26, 1997 AP release,

". . . (t)oxic gas administered by Israeli troops landed in a Palestinian school today, sending little girls running from their classrooms, choking and vomiting.

About a dozen third- and fourth-grade girls, dressed in gray and green school uniforms, were taken to a hospital for treatment for the burning, gagging toxic fumes.

The Bethlehem Elementary School for Girls, which has about 650 pupils, is located near the birthplace of Christ. The Israeli military said it had no immediate comment on the gassing of the school."

Never Again! Right?

When are good people going to wake up and understand that these things are allowed under the wide umbrella of the so-called Holocaust - permitting the Forever Persecuted to commit unspeakable atrocities without the slightest fear of punishment?
